मीरा–भायंदर : मीरा–भायंदर महानगरपालिका के चुनाव वर्ष 2026 के अंतर्गत दिनांक 15 जनवरी 2026 (गुरुवार) को मतदान संपन्न होने जा रहा है। यह चुनाव स्थानीय विकास, जनसेवा और जिम्मेदार नेतृत्व के लिहाज से बेहद महत्वपूर्ण माना जा रहा है। मतदाता इस बार पार्टी से अधिक उम्मीदवारों की कार्यशैली, ईमानदारी और जनता से जुड़ाव को प्राथमिकता देते नजर आ रहे हैं।
इसी क्रम में वार्ड क्रमांक 2 (अ, ब, क और ड) से शिवसेना (उद्धव बाळासाहेब ठाकरे) के अधिकृत उम्मीदवार चुनावी मैदान में उतरे हैं। पार्टी की ओर से ऐसे प्रत्याशियों को मौका दिया गया है जो सामाजिक कार्यों में सक्रिय रहे हैं और क्षेत्र की समस्याओं से भली-भांति परिचित हैं। शिवसेना का चुनाव चिन्ह ‘मशाल’ है।
वार्ड क्रमांक 2 से घोषित उम्मीदवारों में प्रभाग 2 (अ) से श्री राजेंद्र एकनाथ डाखावे, प्रभाग 2 (ब) से श्रीमती पूजा हेमराज शर्मा, प्रभाग 2 (क) से श्रीमती नूतन भरत सिंह ठाकुर तथा प्रभाग 2 (ड) से श्री हुकुम योगेश्वर अग्रवाल चुनाव मैदान में हैं।
चारों उम्मीदवारों ने कहा कि उनका उद्देश्य केवल चुनाव जीतना नहीं, बल्कि क्षेत्र के सर्वांगीण विकास के लिए ईमानदारी से कार्य करना है। सड़क, पानी, सफाई, स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं और अन्य नागरिक सुविधाओं को लेकर वे प्राथमिकता के आधार पर काम करने का दावा कर रहे हैं।
पार्टी नेताओं के अनुसार यह चुनाव व्यक्ति, परिश्रम और जनविश्वास का चुनाव है। चुनाव की तारीख नज़दीक आते ही वार्ड क्रमांक 2 में चुनाव प्रचार जोरों-शोरों से चल रहा है, और चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान जनसंपर्क अभियान तेज हो गया है तथा नागरिकों से शिवसेना (उद्धव बाळासाहेब ठाकरे) के मशाल चुनाव चिन्ह के पक्ष में मतदान करने की अपील की जा रही है।
मतदान 15 जनवरी 2026 को सुबह 7:30 बजे से शाम 5:30 बजे तक होगा।

इस सोशल कार्यक्रम में अभिनेता बॉबी वत्स, बाळासाहेब गायकवाड, सुरेश यादवजी, प्रीतम आठवले सहित कई गणमान्य हस्तियां मौजूद रहीं. इस मौके पर कार्यक्रम के आयोजक के. रवि दादा ने मीडिया के माध्यम से देश को सामाजिक संदेश देते हुए जनता से अपील की है कि २८ दिसंबर को रतन टाटा के जन्मदिन के मौके पर हर साल लोग अपने घरों की लाइटें 10 मिनट के लिए बंद कर दें. इससे देश में अरबो यूनिट बिजली की बचत होगी और टाटा पावर मुंबई शहर को सस्ती बिजली उपलब्ध करा सकेगा। साथ ही देश के जिन इलाक़ों मे बिजली कम पहुंचती है वहाँ के लिए ये कदम बेहतर प्रयास सिद्ध होगा.

मैं यहां नेशनल एसोसिएशन फॉर द ब्लाइंड मे आकर काफी भावुक हो गया. मेरी आँखों मे भी तकलीफ थी और मैंने बिना कोई डॉक्टर, दवा के ख़ुद को ठीक किया. आपका शरीर ही आपकी आँखों का इलाज है. दवा से कुछ नहीं होता, एलोपैथी का सबसे ज्यादा साइड इफेक्ट होता है. पालक हरी सब्जियां खाएं, 20 मिनट धूप में बैठ जाएं। आँखों के योगा से बेहतरी होती है, ब्रेड बटर नहीं खाना है. हम सभी नेत्रहीन को अच्छी कार्पोरेट कम्पनी मे रोजगार दिलाने का प्रयास करेंगे वहाँ रिस्पेक्ट मिलेगा.

Between Form and Silence – Solo Exhibition by Asha Shetty
Between Form and Silence is a solo exhibition by Mumbai-based contemporary artist Asha Shetty, presented at Jehangir Art Gallery, Kala Ghoda. The exhibition brings together recent works in acrylic and ink on canvas that move between abstraction and figuration, exploring states of balance, transition, and inward contemplation.
Shetty’s practice is grounded in rigorous training in drawing and painting, supported by formal study of Indian aesthetics. Her works do not follow narrative structures; instead, they invite slow looking and quiet engagement. Figures appear as inward-facing presences rather than portraits, existing as states of being. These are placed in dialogue with abstract structures, subtle geometric rhythms, and elements drawn from nature and ritual.
Material process plays a central role in the artworks. Working with acrylic, ink, collage, and layered textures, Shetty builds surfaces gradually through addition, erosion, and restraint. Marks remain visible, carrying traces of time and decision, while the balance between what is revealed and what is concealed is carefully maintained.
Colour, symmetry, and surface rhythm guide the viewer’s experience, creating compositions that hold stillness without becoming static. The artworks resist immediate interpretation, allowing meaning to unfold through sustained viewing.
The past year marks a new phase in Shetty’s artistic journey, where traditional sensibilities intersect with contemporary abstraction. ‘Between Form and Silence’ offers a reflective space within the gallery, inviting viewers to pause, observe, and engage with a visual language shaped by quiet intensity and considered restraint.

With a runtime of 2 hour & 45 minutes “Mere Krishn” is an immersive theatrical experience that journeys through the divine, human, and philosophical dimensions of Shri Krishn’s life.
The play unfolds across 20 vivid scenes, each representing a key chapter from Shri Krishn’s life — from his childhood in Vrindavan to his final moments in Dwarka.
While rooted in timeless philosophy, the storytelling is entertaining, visually rich, and emotionally engaging — combining theatre, music, dance, and multimedia.

Rajiiv Singh Dinkaar says that the direction blends performative storytelling with immersive visuals and symbolic stage language — using space, sound, and light to transform emotion into experience. મુંબઈ, [01/01/2026] આ નાટકમાં સૌરભ રાજ જૈન શ્રી કૃષ્ણની ભૂમિકામાં, પૂજા બી. શર્મા રાધા અને મહામાયાની ભૂમિકામાં તથા અર્પિત રાંકા દુર્યોધન અને કંસની ભૂમિકામાં નજરે પડશે.
નાટકનું દિગ્દર્શન રાજીવ સિંહ દિનકર દ્વારા કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. તેનું નિર્માણ વિવેક ગુપ્તા, રાજીવ સિંહ દિનકર અને વિષ્ણુ પાટીલ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. નાટકનું લેખન ડૉ. નરેશ કત્યાયન દ્વારા થયું છે અને મૂળ સંગીત ઉદ્ભવ ઓઝા દ્વારા રચાયું છે.
૨ કલાક અને ૪૫ મિનિટની અવધિ ધરાવતું “મેરે કૃષ્ણ” એક ડૂબકી લગાવતો નાટ્ય અનુભવ છે, જે શ્રી કૃષ્ણના જીવનના દિવ્ય, માનવીય અને તત્ત્વજ્ઞાનિક પાસાઓની યાત્રા કરાવે છે.
નાટક ૨૦ જીવંત દ્રશ્યોમાં રજૂ થાય છે, જેમાં દરેક દ્રશ્ય શ્રી કૃષ્ણના જીવનના એક મહત્વપૂર્ણ અધ્યાયનું પ્રતિનિધિત્વ કરે છે — વૃંદાવનના બાળપણથી લઈને દ્વારકામાં તેમના અંતિમ ક્ષણો સુધી.

Grand आयोजन of DPSA Para Powerlifting Championship in Delhi

The Divyang Para Sports Association of Delhi (DPSA) successfully organized the 3rd Senior and 2nd Junior & Sub-Junior Delhi State Para Powerlifting Championship 2025–26 on Saturday, 27 December 2025, at the prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru (JLN) Stadium, New Delhi. The event emerged as a powerful confluence of social commitment and sporting excellence.
On this dignified occasion, Vinay Kumar Dubey, Chairman of VKDL NPA Advisory Council, renowned advocate and member of the Hindi Advisory Committee (Rajbhasha Department), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, was specially honoured. The honour was conferred in recognition of his significant social contributions, active role in financial reforms, and steadfast commitment to nation-building.
The championship was inaugurated in the august presence of Dr. Arvind Menon, National Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party, IPS Devesh Srivastava, Special Commissioner of Delhi Police, and distinguished guest Vinay Kumar Dubey.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Arvind Menon stated that initiatives like Khelo India and Fit India are providing opportunities for every section of society to move forward.
Meanwhile, IPS Devesh Srivastava lauded the courage, discipline, and dedication of para athletes and encouraged them to excel at national and international platforms.
Parul Singh, President of DPSA, said that the championship is a significant step towards strengthening para sports in the national capital.

Notably, VKDL NPA Advisory Council is currently working across the country in coordination with banks to resolve major Non-Performing Asset (NPA) cases. Active in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, the organization is helping businesses overcome debt stress and contributing towards the vision of a debt-free India.
Vinay Kumar Dubey’s active involvement in social initiatives has also been widely appreciated. His recent efforts, including the organization of a large-scale Brahmin Convention, cow protection, and various social welfare activities, have established him as a sensitive and people-centric leader.
