Punjab-based choreographer Harmanpreet Singh draws inspiration from Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan

Just like music, dance knows no geographical boundaries. After all, it is the purest form of art uniting several creative professionals from the nuke and corner of the world. Intending to take India on the international stage, choreographer Harmanpreet Singh is crafting dance moves that perfectly synchronize with the musical tunes.

The 23-year-old choreographer hails from Kaithal, Haryana. Born on April 26, 2000, Harmanpreet’s journey is a rhythmic fusion of passion and purpose, where dance isn’t just a series of steps but a profound exploration of feelings.

His rise to prominence began when he was one of the choreographers for the visually spectacular Punjabi hit, ‘Brain Wash’ (2020), by G Guri. The eerie undertones and stunning visuals of the music video showcased his innate flair for choreography, and also his ability to weave a compelling story through dance. Each move seemed to be a brushstroke on the canvas of rhythm, contributing to the visual and emotional impact of the song.

As the beats of ‘Brain Wash’ echoed far and wide, Harmanpreet Singh’s ambitions expanded. Jaskaran’s work as a DIT was his recent collaboration on the music video ‘Silver Box’, a melodious creation by singer Prabhjot Virmani, featuring the dynamic duo Ansh Bagri and Alina.

As a DIT for this project, Jaskaran played a pivotal role in ensuring the digital intricacies of the camera were optimized to perfection. It is about understanding the soul of the visuals and enhancing them through the lens of technology,” shares Jaskaran. His aspiration is to continually sharpen his technical skills and eventually make an unforgettable mark in the technical field of cinema.

In the quest for success in the entertainment industry, village boy Harinder Singh kickstarred working as a ronin operator at a tender age. The gimbal maestro is just 20, and his passion for creative pursuits has helped him excel in the creative industry.

With his roots in the Ladhran village of Jalandhar district of Punjab, Harinder Singh is leaving no stone unturned to set an example with his artistic work. His passion for cameras ignited during his teenage years, and it helped him prosper in the entertainment industry.

Radiance Within: Sunil Deore’s Short Stories in Sculpture 

Sculptor Sunil Deore’s latest exhibition promises to be a visual feast for art enthusiasts, as it takes center stage at the Nehru Centre Art Gallery from November 17 to 20, 2023. This eagerly anticipated showcase offers a unique opportunity to witness the evolution of Deore’s artistry and experience the cultural richness that defines his work. 

This show was inaugurated on 17th November 2023 by Honorable Guest Supriyatai Sule, National President Nationalist Congress Party 

Sunil Deore embarked on his artistic journey as a student at the Sir JJ School of Art. He laid the foundation for his studies in 1989 and furthered his artistic education at the Aurangabad School of Art in 1995. Completing his focused studies in sculpture, he honed his craft at the prestigious Sir JJ School of Art in Mumbai.  

Sunil Deore has earned widespread acclaim, securing numerous national and international awards, among them the prestigious Indira Gandhi Sadbhavana Award. His artistic prowess has transcended borders, with exhibitions held across the globe, from London and Dubai to Abu Dhabi and the United States.

Notably, Deore stands as the creator of the national emblem sculpture for the newly constructed Sansad Bhavan, a testament to his significant contributions to public art and national symbolism. His achievements underscore the global recognition of his talent and the impact of his work on both a national and international scale.
