Saas Bahu Aur Devrani Stardom Awards 2019: Mohit Malik And Rubina Delaik Win Best Actor

Mumbai, 7^th November 2019: A grand celebration with some of the biggest stars of television, the first edition of News18 India’s Saas Bahu aur Devrani Stardom Awards was an evening high on glitz, glamour and entertainment. From star-studded red carpet appearances and stunning performances to notable winners, the awards emerged as the ultimate platform recognizing top talent of the television fraternity.

Popular shows such as Ye Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain, Nimki Mukhiya, RadhaKrishn bagged top awards at the ceremony. Hina Khan was bestowed with Devrani Ki Super Didi and Kapil Sharma was recognized as Performer of the Year.

Hosts Paritosh Tripathi and Samarth Pathak kept the audience engaged throughout the event with their quirky acts.

The event witnessed the presence of industry’ most prominent celebrities such as Kapil Sharma, Shivangi Joshi, Shubhangi Atre, Randeep Rai, Karan Singh Grover, Surbhi Chandna, Shaheer Sheikh, Rhea Sharma, among many others.

It’s always exciting to work with Arjun Kanungo – Saurabh Prajapati

Saurabh Prajapati, the talented 20 year old dance director and choreographer has been basking in glory for all the appreciation he has been receiving for his choreography in Arjun Kanungo’s latest music video Hona Chaida. The song has done exceptionally well and has now touched 9.8 million views on youtube.

The young choreographer is now looking forward to choreograph Arjun Kanungo again for the MTV Buzz awards night. Saurabh said, “I first met and got a chance to choreograph Arjun at the  Femina Miss India Subcontest Award Show. Right after that, Hona Chaida happened and I am absolutely loving the response people are showing. No I will be back, choreographing the stage act for Arjun at the MTV Buzz Awards night. Choreographing for stage shows is a lot of fun especially when you are working with great artists. This one is going to be bigger and I am looking forward to see Arjun perform live on stage to my steps.”

He added saying, “I’m glad that everyone is loving the choreography by following our hook step and making dance covers for the same. I have done many projects and have worked  with different personalities- actors, singers, cricketers, models.”

Talking about upcoming projects, He said, “Something interesting is on the way for which I am very excited. Also I will be travelling alot across the globe for my workshops where I conduct master class lessons.”

The 20 year old choreographer has earlier worked on various music videos for Zee Music, Vyrls Originals, One Diigtal, Times Music and has also worked on many dance reality shows.

This is good news for comedy film lovers and Vinay Pathak, Rajpal Yadav and Sanjay Mishra Fans, now Mr. Black and Mr White has release date. The film has been passed with UA certificate from censor board and ready to hits the theaters on 8th November. For many of us, films are one of the best ways to relax and enjoy. And if there is one genre that fits every mood, it is comedy. High concept films, interesting and engaging storylines have started appealing to the audiences and started compelling audience to go to the theatres.

The makers have already released the first look poster of comedy flick ‘Mr Black Mr White’, starring Vinay Pathak, Rajpal Yadav, Sanjay Mishra, Manoj Joshi, Hemant Pandey, Vijay Raaz, Murli Sharma, Suresh Menon and Resham Tipnis. Shreedevi Chowdary To Turn Actor With Amit Khanna’s Friends In Law

Awareness and acceptance for the LGBTQ community is rising in the society and content creators are taking several initiatives to highlight this topic through their projects. Now, after the success of ‘All About Section 377’ and ‘Still About Section 377’, ace photographer Amit Khanna is back with yet another powerful script. And this time it’s a film titled, ‘Friends In Law’. Presented by HRH film Productions. Produced by Swati Sanghi , Shreedevi Chowdary and Amit Khanna. Written and directed by Amit Khanna, the movie is all set to release on Amazon Prime on 9th November 2019.

Shot extensively in Bangkok and Hyderabad, it’s an English –Telugu cross over film that boasts of a never seen before subject. The movie revolves around an orthodox South Indian lady, Indu, who lands up in Bangkok and had to spend time with her gay son’s partner. It stars a blend of International as well as Indian actors including Gurfateh Singh Pirzada, who will soon be seen in Ranbir Kapoor starrer ‘Brahmastra’. The other cast includes Ashlin Harris and Shreedevi Chowdary, who is also the producer of the film.

Making her debut at the age of 47, Shreedevi Chowdary, who hails from Hyderabad says, “I am proud to be associated with such a universal subject which can bring about a revolution in the world. Though it’s my first stint as an actor I am happy and confident that the film will do wonders. Playing Indu was a challenge and I observed a couple of middle aged women around me. The emotional touch between a mom and a son is inevitable.”

   

Swati Sanghi believes that the subject is extremely universal and people across the world can relate to it. Adds Amit Khanna, “The film is first of its kind and we are hoping it leaves a mark on audiences.” Friends In Law was premiered at the Cannes last year and received a great response.
