मुंबई 22 जून 2019 : – यूनिफाइड ब्रेंज़ ग्रुप के संस्थापक और अध्यक्ष एवं एशियन ऑफ्रीकन चैंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स एंड इंडस्ट्री के अध्यक्ष प्रोफेसर डॉ. जी डी सिंह के शुभकामनाओं के साथ तीसरी बार ‘द ग्लोबल बिजनेस लीडरशिप फोरम एंड अवार्ड्स’ का आयोजन होटल ताज़ सांताक्रुज मुम्बई में हुआ।

The Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation Awards are known for its artistic and technical merit in the Indian film industry and denote a global recognition of excellence in cinematic achievements. The only award to be acknowledged by the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE), the awards are assessed by an eminent jury from the film fraternity. The awards, one of India’s highest as well as the most acclaimed award for the Indian film fraternity, is conferred upon dignitaries for their contribution to cinema and its universe. Every year, a committee comprising luminaries from the Indian film industry select the awardees who are honoured at a prestigious award ceremony organized by the Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation.

The Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation Awards 2019 awarded dignitaries on their merit. Ravi Dubey received the Best Actor award while Ranvir Shorey received the Best Actor – Critics’ Choice award for Halkaa. The entire team of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai including show leads, Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi, also got multiple awards and accolades for the success of their hit TV show. Sushmita Sen received the Icon of Indian Cinema Award and filmmaker Anusha Srinivasan Iyer received the Best Writer-Director Award for the short film Saare Sapne Apne Hain. Rakhi Sawant, Digangana Suryavanshi, Sunil Grover, Yogmata Keiko Aikawa and Sandip Soparrkar among others were also honoured and awarded on stage by the presenter dignitaries.

   

Ashfaque Khopekar and Babubhai Thiba, President and Sr. Vice President  and General Secratory Dr. Abdulrahman Canon of the Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation averred, “We have a glorious history with previous awardees of the likes of Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Hrithik Roshan, Sonam Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Manisha Koirala, Farida Jalal, Karanvir Bohra, Divya Dutta, Manjari Phadnis, Shilpa Shetty, Tamannah Bhatia, Sharman Joshi, Mukesh Khanna, Raveena Tandon, Shatrughan Sinha, Nushrat Bharucha, Manoj Bajpayee, Kamya Punjabi, Shreyas Talpade, Konkona Sen Sharma, Huma Qureshi, Rajkummar Rao, Tiger Shroff, Jackie Shroff, Prem Chopra, Jaya Prada, Karan Wahi and this year has just added on to that.”

Not just glamour, Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation’s awards are a notch above. This is the only award function where technicians, behind the limelight, are felicitated and voted for by the 28 affiliate associations of technicians. “Dadasaheb never thought of any technician to be beneath others,” added the Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation spokesperson. The event is curated by Afreen Khopekar and Hannan fahad Ansaari.

दादासाहेब फाल्के फ़िल्म फ़ाउंडेशन अवॉर्ड्स को भारतीय फ़िल्म इंडस्ट्री में अपनी कलात्मकता प्रस्तुति और तकनीकी योग्यता के लिए और इसे उम्दा किस्म‌ की सिनेमाई प्रतिभाओं को सम्मानित करने के लिए दुनिया भर में जाना जाता है । ये एकमात्र ऐसा सम्मान है जिसे फ़ेडरेशन ऑफ़ वेस्टर्न इंडिया सिने एम्प्लॉइज़ (FWICE) द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त है। इसकी ख़ासियत है कि इसे फ़िल्म इंडस्ट्री से संबंधित जूरी द्वारा आंकलन के बाद ही विशिष्ट हस्तियों को दिया जाता है।

भारतीय फ़िल्म इंडस्ट्री में इसे सबसे श्रेष्ठ और प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कारों में से एक माना जाता है। इसे सिनेमा के क्षेत्र में अपना अहम योगदान देनेवाली विशिष्ट हस्तियों को दिया जाता है। हर साल भारतीय फ़िल्म इंडस्ट्री से जुड़ी गणमान्य लोगों की एक कमिटी अवॉर्ड्स पानेवालों का चयन करती है। इसके बाद ही सभी हस्तियों को प्रतिष्ठित दादासाहेब फाल्के फ़िल्म पुरस्कारों से नवाज़ा जाता है।

दादासाहेब फाल्के फिल्म फ़ाउंडेशन अवॉर्ड्स 2019 ने तमाम शख़्सियतों को उनकी योग्यता के आधार पर उन्हें सम्मानित किया। रवि दुबे को बेस्ट एक्टर का अवॉर्ड मिला तो वहीं ‘हल्का’ के लिए रणवीर शौरी को बेस्ट एक्टर – क्रिटिक च्वाइस अवॉर्ड से नवाज़ा गया। हिट टेलीविजन शो ‘ये रिश्ता क्या कहलाता है’ के मोहसिन खान और शिवांगी जोशी समेत पूरी टीम यहां मौजूद थी। सीरियल की कामयाबी के लिए उन्हें कई अवॉर्ड्स से नवाज़ा गया। सुष्मिता सेन को आइकन ऑफ़ द इंडियन अवॉर्ड से सम्मानित किया गया। फिल्म मेकर अनुषा श्रीनिवासन अय्यर को अपनी शॉर्ट फ़िल्म ‘सारे सपने अपने हैं’ के लिए बेस्ट लेखक-निर्देशक का अवॉर्ड मिला। राखी सावंत, दिगंगना सूर्यवंशी, सुनील ग्रोवर, योगमाता कैको अइकावा और संदीप सोपारकर समेत कई और हस्तियों को स्टेज पर गणमान्य प्रेजेंटर्स द्वारा सम्मानित किया गया।

दादासाहेब फाल्के फ़िल्म‌ फ़ाउंडेशन के अध्यक्ष अशफ़ाक खोपकर और उपाध्यक्ष बाबूभाई थीबा व जनरल सेक्रेटरी डाँ अब्दुलरहमान वनु ने कहा इस साल आयोजित किया गया अवॉर्ड्स समारोह पहले से और भव्य और बेहतर था। उन्होंने कहा, “हमारे अवॉर्ड्स का इतिहास काफ़ी गौरवशाली रहा है। इससे पहले, अमिताभ बच्चन, शाहरुख खान, अक्षय कुमार, रितिक रोशन, सोनम कपूर, शाहिद कपूर, मनीषा कोईराला, फ़रीदा जलाल, करणवीर बोहरा, दिव्या दत्ता, मंजरी फडनीस, शिल्पा शेट्टी, तमन्ना भाटिया, शरमन जोशी, मुकेश खन्ना, रवीना टंडन, शत्रुघ्न सिन्हा, नुसरत भरूचा, मनोज बाजपेयी, काम्या पंजाबी, श्रेयस तलपडे, कोंकणा सेन शर्मा, हुमा कुरैशी, राजकुमार राव, टाइगर श्रॉफ़, प्रेम चोपड़ा, जया प्रदा, करण वाही जैसी हस्तियों को इन पुरस्कारों से सम्मानित किया जा चुका है और इसी कड़ी में आज बाक़ी हस्तियों को पुरस्कार से नवाज़ा गया है।”

इस सम्मान को महज़ अपने ग्लैमर के लिए नहीं जाना जाता है, बल्कि बाक़ी पुरस्कारों से दादासाहेब फाल्के फिल्म फ़ाउंडेशन पुरस्कार की अहमियत काफ़ी अधिक है। ये एकमात्र ऐसा पुरस्कार है जहां पर्दे के पीछे मशक्कत करनेवाले और लाइमलाइट से दूर रहनेवाले तकनीशियनों को सम्मानित किया जाता है। इसके लिए तकनीशियनों से संबंधित 28 संगठन वोट करते हैं और फिर उनके द्वारा चुने हुए लोगों को सम्मानित किया जाता है। दादासाहेब फाल्के फिल्म फ़ाउंडेशन के प्रवक्ता ने कहा, “दादासाहेब किसी भी तकनीशियन को कभी भी कमतर करके नहीं आंकते थे।” इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन आफरीन खोपेकर और हनान फाहाद अंसारी ने किया।

दादासाहेब फाळके फिल्म फाऊंडेशन पुरस्कार भारतीय चित्रपट सृष्टीतील कलात्मक आणि तांत्रिक गुणवत्तेसाठी प्रसिद्ध आहेत आणि ते सिनेमातील यशांमध्ये उत्कृष्टतेची जागतिक ओळख दर्शवितात. फेडरेशन ऑफ वेस्टर्न इंडिया सिने कर्मचारी (एफडब्ल्यूईसीई) द्वारा मान्यताप्राप्त एकमात्र पारितोषिक, या पुरस्कारांना चित्रपट सृष्टीतील प्रतिष्ठित जूरीकडून मूल्यांकन केले जाते.

प्रतिष्ठित मान्यवरांना त्यांच्या गुणवत्तेवर ह्यावर्षीचा दादासाहेब फाळके फिल्म फौंडेशन पुरस्काराने सन्मानित करण्यात आले. रवी दुबे यांना सर्वोत्कृष्ट अभिनेता पुरस्कार मिळाला तर रणवीर शोरी यांना हलका ह्या चित्रपटासाठी सर्वोत्कृष्ट अभिनेता – क्रिटिक्स चॉईस अवॉर्ड मिळाला. ये रिश्ता क्या कहलाता है च्या प्रमुख कलाकार मोहसीन खान आणि शिवांगी जोशी यांच्यासह संपूर्ण टीमला त्यांच्या हिट टीव्ही शोच्या यशासाठी अनेक पुरस्कार मिळाले. सुष्मिता सेन यांना आयकन ऑफ इंडियन सिनेमा तर फिल्ममेकर अनुशा श्रीनिवासन अय्यर यांना ‘सारे सपने अपने है’ ह्या लघुपटासाठी सर्वोत्कृष्ट लेखक-दिग्दर्शक पुरस्काराने सन्मानित करण्यात आले. राखी सावंत, दिगंगना सूर्यवंशी, सुनील ग्रोव्हर, योगामाता केको ऐकावा आणि संदीप सोपारकर यांचाही यावेळी गौरव करण्यात आला.

दादासाहेब फाळके फिल्म फाऊंडेशनचे अध्यक्ष अशफाक खोपेकर आणि उपाध्यक्ष बाबुभाई थिबा म्हणाले, “आमच्या पुरस्काराचा इतिहास खूप गौरवशाली आहे. यापूर्वी अमिताभ बच्चन, शाहरुख खान, अक्षय कुमार, रितिक रोशन, सोनम कपूर, शाहिद कपूर, मनीषा कोईराला, फरीदा जलाल, करणवीर बोहरा, दिव्या दत्ता, मंजरी फडनीस, शिल्पा शेट्टी, तमन्ना भाटिया, शरमन जोशी, मुकेश खन्ना, रवीना टंडन, शत्रुघ्न सिन्हा, नुसरत भरूचा, मनोज बाजपेयी, काम्या पंजाबी, श्रेयस तळपदे, कोंकणा सेन शर्मा, हुमा कुरैशी, राजकुमार राव, टाइगर श्रॉफ़, प्रेम चोपडा, जया प्रदा, करण वाही यांसारख्या व्यक्तित्वांना या पुरस्काराने गौरविण्यात आले आहे आणि ह्यावर्षी अजूनही काही प्रतिष्ठित नावांची या यादीत भर पडली.”

हा सन्मान त्यांच्या ग्लॅमरसाठी प्रसिद्ध नाही, परंतु दादासाहेब फाळके फिल्म फाऊंडेशन पुरस्कार महत्त्वपूर्ण पुरस्कारांपेक्षा खूपच अधिक आहे. हाच एकमात्र पुरस्कार आहे जेथे पडद्यामागील संघर्ष करणारे आणि लाइमलाईटपासून दूर असलेल्या तंत्रज्ञांना सन्मानित केले जाते. यासाठी, तंत्रज्ञानाशी संबंधित २८ संघटना आणि बाह्य निवडलेल्या लोकांना सन्मानित केले जाते. दादासाहेब फाळके फिल्म फाउंडेशनचे प्रवक्ते म्हणाले, “दादासाहेबांनी कोणत्याही तंत्रज्ञानाची कधीही गणना केली नाही.”
