Music has no End and in seven Cords called Sur, “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa” the world enjoy its enthusiasm and melody in different languages and cultures what we see common is the melody and lyrics designed for a particular setup. It fascinates people and now the limit is extended to animals as well so yes Music is a universal language of love.

While searching our Heros in Society we came across one of the marvellous inspiring stories of Ashh K “Ashu Kumar” founder of Stone kick studios and Ashh K productions having his roots in Kashmir based in Jammu working as s Music Composer for eighteen years. As k has touched a Milestone of more than two hundred Music melodies and also Background Music for several Films, Short films, web series, TV serials.

A Multitalented and skilled Music professional is enduring excellence with back to back Musical Projects. Recently his several Music Videos got released worldwide reached Millions of Audiences including hits like “jatta ve jatta” , “Laod karke” by Jacaur   “Nakhro” By Preet singh and also forthcoming  songs shoot in Kashmir, Punjab and other familiar locations in India. We had a wonderful time While a text format conversation.

HOW DID YOU START BEING IN A SMALL CITY LIKE JAMMU?

Smile! Well yes, it’s quite challenging still but had no other option because of the spark and enthusiasm inside. The determination and passion towards Music and arrangements I guess flow in my veins and I can not deny the fact that my life is incomplete without music so I thought to get a small setup and started working in a small room which is now turned into a Professional Studio. The mode was generally self-learning, experience and execution. This is how it came along till now and I’m feeling lucky to have had put my fingers on the keyboard it’s my bread and butter now.

YOU HAVE FACED A LOT BECAUSE IN A SMALL CITY YOU DON’T HAVE MORE OPTIONS HOW WAS SURVIVAL?

That’s true and the fact can not be denied because in a small city no doubt there is enough natural talent but a lot percentage of singers do not approach music composers because of risk for the future as they are at the level when they are about to enter college and parents do not prefer to take the risk, others approach but in some cases, they don’t have a budget which a big problem no doubt I always welcome a good talent and try to expose with my best help also. So yes Clients are limited and you have to give your best in a small panorama which is challenging

WHAT KIND OF MUSIC DO YOU PREFER TO COMPOSE?

That’s interesting but frankly speaking, I have not found myself in limited strings but they have freedom of expression and so I can do Hindi, Punjabi, Dogri, Arabic, Kashmiri and even English songs as well. I have done Ghazals, Pop, Jazz, party flavour, Devotional, Naat (Islamic), Bhajans, Bhangra in almost every class so far and I will love to perform in Multi dimensions.

A MESSAGE FOR BUDDING SINGERS?.

Well, this is not easy to make understand everyone that talent cannot be brought but it’s inside that is later on practised and brushed up. I have seen a lot of young Singers doing amazing whether is a Rap song, classical, Punjabi or Contemporary Neoclassical romantic. What I can say is keep doing, make good music, bring good lyrics and most importantly promote it because once it reaches the market it will trend ruther it will never create history only by shearing it to your few friends or family. This is the basis of mantra even getting a hit and Buzz the Box Office as adequately.

Appreciate such talent even being in a small city competing Mumbai and Punjab pattern in Jammu is itself a big achievement.

The journey of Music Director Ashh k is king size and we wish him good luck for the future.

We find realistic approach and inspiring story in his songs that’s totally appreciable. Recent songs that crossed million vies on Youtube and other social media platforms are “Jail” Released in 2020 , “Tu Dil Mqinu” 2021 , 21 Sal released in 2021,Haq Liye bina ni Mudna , Race etc. are those songs that made a remarkable attempt in Videos Box office connecting audience across globe. Raja Boxer is connected to spirituality and offers five times prayers when asked about priority he said “Namaz (prayers’) always first even I’m shooting or not hardly matters.

Tell us about your experience working in punjab film industry?

Well, its feels nice to be connected  with good technicians and people ,not only in showcase my talent but get to learn lot of things too, i love to learn and set is best school for this, now its been years of learning and gaining experience hope next projects will come with more perfection and experience reflection.

What kind of characters you love to perform on screen ?

Well because of my appearance and body language i m comfortable to do negative shade,” Villain” i love however I’m a different person of screen but I love negative side of myself on screen

What are your upcoming projects?

Well have lot of songs in pipe line and recently I’m in talks with a south Film Industry Director canot reveal name till official announcement ,it is a negative shade and I will love to do this character, as of now I’m enjoying doing songs and will be releasing some good tracks back to back this season.

A message for new actors ?

Well nothing much talent is on peak these days, but yes a discipline is important well i personally believe that instead of working more on gym and other thing one must be fit and equally work on acting skills, Acting is not even easy when comes technically so yes if you want to beat the competition you must lead from front, only looks don’t matter but acting skills too .Education and Respect to everyone is also more important because we are being treated as youth icons so its our prime importance to be the pure voice in society.

“The state of Chhattisgarh is concerned about the expansion of educational network including higher education. We want to provide best of the education to our young minds close to their place of living. We have estimated that we need more colleges of higher education in the coming months. I want new courses must be introduced to compete with any state in India and abroad,” said Umesh Patel, Minister of Higher Education, Chhattisgarh.
The Chhattisgarh Private Universities Regulatory Commission Chairman & First Appellate Officer, Dr Shiva Varan Shukla introduced Dr Sandeep Marwah to the dignitaries and talked about the quality of education being parted in AAFT University of Media and Arts, one of the most exclusive universities of the world.
Later Sandeep Marwah, the dynamic Chancellor of AAFT University of Media and Arts was honoured for his untiring contribution to higher education by Governor Anusuiya Uikey in the presence of Umesh Patel, Minister for Higher Education in the new premises of  The Chhattisgarh Private Universities Regulatory Commission.
“I am honoured and humbled to receive the award. This is very important to me as AAFT University has been recognised with this extraordinary recognition by the first lady of the state,” said Sandeep Marwah with gratitude thanking Ministry of Education, Government of Chhattisgarh for providing opportunity to serve the state.
