Director Shubham Singh Is On Board With His First Film Penalty

Shubham Singh’s newly directed film, Penalty is releasing on 19^th July 2019. Penalty is a film about a young, talented northeast Indian football player, Lukram. The 21-year-old footballer is seen fighting all sorts of negative backlashes and racial discrimination in the film to achieve his dreams.

Racism is something which is prevailing around the world where people are facing discrimination, just not been seen or accepted overtly. Racial discrimination is rooted in North-east India since years. These incidences inspired the debutant director, Shubham Singh to speak up at front line through cinemas.

Shubham Singh quoted, “Penalty is like a baby to me and I’ve nurtured it with all love and respect so that I can take this topic to the mass and create a benchmark by speaking of this topic.”

 

The film is under the banner of Rudrakshh Films and produced by Nilesh Shakhiya, Ritu Shrivastava & Aditya Shrivastava and is written by Akhilesh Choudhary & Sparsh Khetrapal.

Special Screening And Press Conference Of Producer Rajkumar’s Punjabi Film AASRA

Action director Tinu Verma will also be seen in a important role in the film. The special screening and press conference of the Punjabi film ‘Aasra’was held in Eye focus Mumbai, there were many famous Bollywood celebrities besides producers and director associated with the film. On this special occasion, action director Tinu Verma was the special guest, who has also a significant role in the film.

Tinu Verma, who won the hearts by his acting in films like Aamir Khan’s film ‘Mela’, ‘Ghatak’ and ‘Aankhen’. People also know him as the action director of Shola aur Shabnam, Aankhen, loafer, Jeet, Raja Hindustani, Gadar: A Prem Katha.

Director Bali praised the producer Raj Kumar and termed the film as a great movie. He said that the way Rani was speaking Punjabi on the shooting, the people understood that this is a Punjabi girl.

Tinu Verma talked about the growing popularity of Punjabi films and its high standerd on this occasion. At the same time, he also emphasized that in the films, the audience preferred more Desi action.

मुंबई के अँधेरी स्थित आई फोकस में पिछले दिनों पंजाबी फिल्म ‘ आसरा की स्पेशल स्क्रीनिंग और प्रेस कॉन्फ्रंस रखी गई तो यहाँ फिल्म से जुड़े कलाकारों, निर्माता और निर्देशक के अलावा बॉलीवुड की कई नामी हस्तियाँ भी मौजूद थीं. इस विशेष अवसर पर हिंदी फिल्मो के कमाल के एक्टर और एक्शन डायरेक्टर टीनू वर्मा विशेष अतिथि थे, जिन्होंने इस फिल्म में एक अहम रोल भी किया है।

डायरेक्टर बाली ने प्रोड्यूसर राजकुमार की प्रशंसा की और इस फिल्म को एक बेहतरीन फिल्म करार दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि रानी जिस तरह शूटिंग पे पंजाबी बोल रही थीं लोगों ने समझा कि यह कोई पंजाबी लड़की है।

टीनू वर्मा ने इस अवसर पर पंजाबी फिल्मों की बढ़ती लोकप्रियता और इसके ऊंचे होते स्तर की बात की। साथ ही उन्होंने इस बात पर भी जोर दिया कि फिल्मों में दर्शक देसी एक्शन अधिक पसंद करते हैं।
