The Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council of India (GJEPC), apex trade body promoting Indian gems & jewellery exports, globally, organised the India Evening (An Evening of Extravaganza) in New Delhi inviting distinguished Ambassadors, High
Commissioners, trade diplomats representing several countries from across the world along with leading Ministry officials and trade fraternity.
Dr. Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, the esteemed Union Minister of State for External Affairs and Education, honored this significant event as the Chief Guest. In addition to diplomats representing over 60 countries worldwide, notable attendees included Mr. Vipul Shah, Chairman of GJEPC; Mr. Kirit Bhansali, Vice Chairman of GJEPC; and Mr. Milan Chokshi, Convener of Promotions and Marketing at GJEPC, among others.
Marking the high point of the grand evening, Mr. Vipul Shah, Chairman, announced that Ms Manushi Chhillar (Miss India World 2017, actress, youth icon) as the new global brand ambassador of GJEPC for promoting India’s diamond, gem and jewellery creations to the global diaspora. The Government of India, with GJEPC as the nodal agency, has taken several steps to facilitate the showcasing of exquisite and unique creations from different parts of the country representing 5000 years of handcrafted design excellence in the diamond, gem and jewellery business. The highlight of India Evening was fashion show with Manushi Chhillar as showstopper.

बॉलीवुड में पूनम झावर ने ‘आंच’ जैसी फिल्म के निर्माता के रूप में भी अपनी पहचान बनाई। यह फिल्म उत्तरप्रदेश के माहौल पर आधारित थी और राज्य सरकार से सब्सिडी भी मिली। उनकी इस फिल्म में नाना पाटेकर, परेश रावल और आयशा जुल्का जैसे सफल कलाकारों ने काम किया है। ‘आंच’ को क्रिटिक्स की अच्छी समीक्षा मिली और फिल्म ने बॉक्स ऑफिस पर भी अच्छा व्यापार किया, खासकर उत्तर भारत में इसे अधिक पसंद किया गया।

साथ ही पूनम एक और हिंदी फिल्म ‘रोड टू संगम’ की लाइन प्रोड्यूसर रहीं हैं जिसका निर्देशन अमित राय ने किया था एवं फिल्म में परेश रावल और ओम पुरी ने अभिनय किया था।

पूनम ने कई म्यूजिक अलबम में भी काम किया और मराठी फिल्में प्रोड्यूस भी की हैं। ‘सन्दरची माया’ मराठी फिल्म का निर्माण भी उन्होंने किया है।

इसके अलावा, पूनम झावर ने गायिका के रूप में भी अपनी पहचान बनाई है। उन्होंने ‘आंच’ फिल्म के गाने ‘सुन मेरी रानी’ में नाना पाटेकर के साथ अपनी मीठी आवाज की प्रस्तुति दी। पूनम ने अन्य दो संगीतमय फिल्मों ‘दीवाना हूं मैं तेरा’ और ‘द ब्लैक एंड व्हाइट फैक्ट’ में अभिनय किया है।

कौमार्य परिक्षेवर आधारित निर्माता नरेंद्र जिचकार आणि चारुदत्त जिचकार यांच्या मराठी चित्रपट “कौमार्य”चे ट्रेलर लॉन्च, २८ जुलैपासून सिनेमागृहांमध्ये जारी होईल

“कौमार्य” परिक्षा चाचणी ही प्राचीन काळापासूनच्या चालत असलेली कुप्रथा आहे . कौमार्य अबाधित आहे की नाही याची तपासणी लग्नाच्या पहिल्या रात्री करण्याची प्रथा आजही २१ व्या शतकात केली जाते.खरेतर स्त्रीयांवर हा पुरूष प्रधान संस्कृतीचा अमानवीय अत्याचार आहे.अशा कृप्रवृत्तीचा विरोध होणे गरजेचे आहे.याच विचारातून या विषयावर निर्माता नरेंद्र जिचकार आणि चारुदत्त जिचकार यांनी मराठी चित्रपट “कौमार्य” चित्रपटाची निर्मिती केली आहे.कौमार्य हा चित्रपट २८ जुलैपासून सिनेमागृहांमध्ये प्रदर्शित होत आहे. चित्रपटाचे लेखक, दिग्दर्शक  सलीम शेख आहेत. मुंबईच्या वेलेनो क्लबमध्ये या मराठी चित्रपटाच्या ट्रेलरचे सुंदर आयोजन झाले, जिथे निर्माता, निर्देशक सह अभिनेते नागेश भोसले, नायक शादाब, नायिका पूजा शाहूसह चित्रपटाची संपूर्ण टीम उपस्थित होती. चित्रपटाच्या वितरणाची जबाबदारी ऑडियो लॅबच्या सतीश पुजारींनी घेतली आहे.

चित्रपटाचे निर्माते नरेंद्र जिचकार आणि चारुदत्त जिचकार यांनी या प्रसंगी चित्रपटाच्या सर्व कलाकारांना, तंत्रज्ञासह पूर्ण टीमला पुष्पगुच्छ देऊन सम्मानित केले. नंतर चित्रपटाचा ट्रेलरचे लाॅन्चिग करण्यात आले. ज्याला सर्वांनी प्रचंड प्रतिसाद दिला. त्यानंतर चित्रपटाचे गाणी प्रदर्शित करण्यात आले.

निर्माता नरेंद्र जिचकारने म्हणाले की “कौमार्य” ही २०१६ मध्ये घडलेल्या एका सत्य घटनेतून प्रेरित चित्रपट आहे. समाजासाठी हा विषय महत्त्वाचं आहे आणि ही  कथा सांगणे आवश्यक होती.

निर्माता चारुदत्त जिचकारने सांगितलं की लेखक निर्देशक सलीम शेखने यांनी खूप संवेदनशील विषय या चित्रपटाद्वारे मांडला आहे. आज आम्ही स्त्रिसशक्तीकरणाबद्दल बोलतो आणि दुसरीकडे  स्त्रियांवर पूरूषी मानसिकतेतून कौमार्य परिक्षा घेऊन त्यांच्यावर अविश्वास दाखवतो. या चित्रपटातून अशा  मानसिकतेला बदलण्याचा संदेश आम्ही देण्याचा प्रयत्न केला आहे .”

हॉलिवुडच्या चित्रपटात कार्य केलेले आणि अनेक प्रकारच्या भूमिका केलेले जेष्ठ अभिनेते नागेश भोसले यांनी “कौमार्य” चित्रपटात एक महत्वाची भूमिका केली आहे. ते म्हणाले की या चित्रपटात काम करण्यासाठी मी तयार होतो कारण हे कथा खूप वेगळी आणि उत्तम आहे, यातील माझी भुमिका ही वेगळी आणि कसदार किरदार  आहे.   चित्रपटाच्या निर्मातांनी मला कौमार्यात एक सशक्त भूमिका करण्याची संधी दिली आहे. मला खात्री आहे की लोकांना  हा चित्रपट खूप आवडेल. मला चित्रपटाच्या निर्मातांच्याचे मनापासून धन्यवाद करतो की त्यांनी मला इतक्या चांगल्या चित्रपटात एक छान भूमिका करण्याची संधी दिली.चित्रपटाचा नायक शादाब म्हणाला,मी या चित्रपटात  सूरज ही भुमिका करतोय. जो श्रद्धा कपूरचा मोठा फॅन आहे.नायिकेचे नाव श्रध्दा आहे म्हणून पहिल्याच नजरेत तिच्यावर प्रेम करतो. नंतर त्याच्या जीवनात काय घडतं, समाजाच्या प्रथा आणि मानसिकता कशी आहे, यावर हा चित्रपट भाष्य करतो.या चित्रपटाची कथा खूप वेगळी आहे.

चित्रपटातील अभिनेत्री पूजा शाहू म्हणाली कि “कौमार्य” चित्रपटाचा सबजेक्ट खूप संवेदनशील आहे. स्त्रीच्या कौमार्य तपासणी करण्याची कुप्रथेवर आधारित हा चित्रपट आहे. जसे पुरुष लग्नासाठी वर्जिन मुलगी इच्छितात, तसेच मुलींनी  वर्जिन मुलाशीच लग्न करण्याची मागणी केली तर काय होईल?

अभिनेत्री पूजा शाहू कौमार्य तून पदापॅण करीत आहे.पुजा म्हणाली,कौमार्य” तील श्रध्दा या भुमिकेसाठी अभ्यास करून हे पात्र जिवंत करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला आहे.आम्ही सर्वांनी या चित्रपटासाठी  खूप मेहनत केली आहे. प्रेक्षकांनी चित्रपटगृहात जाऊन कौमार्य बघावा.

Bollywood Singer Kumar Sanu Honored By World Records India For His Record Feat

Kumar Sanu, the renowned Bollywood Hindi singing artist became the world record holder for recording twenty-eight songs in a single day honored by Paavan Solanki – President of World Records India in Mumbai. And so far, that record has remained untouched by any other artist. he had recorded 28 Bollywood songs to complete the given task in a single day. The singer holds the record since 1993 for recording the maximum number of songs.
