IMPPA Stall Inaugurated At Cannes Film Festival 2026

The Indian Motion Picture Producers’ Association (IMPPA) proudly inaugurated its stall at the world-renowned Cannes Film Festival 2026. Located at Palais-1, Booth No. 21.05, the vibrant IMPPA Stall is showcasing more than 35 films, television serials, programs, and Entertainment Contents of its Producer members highlighting the richness, diversity, and global appeal of Indian content before the international entertainment community.

The IMPPA Stall was inaugurated by Mr. Chanchal Kumar, Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India, in the esteemed presence of renowned filmmaker Mr. Ashutosh Gowariker, Festival Director of IFFI. The stall also witnessed the gracious presence of Dr. M. N. Ajay Nagabhushan, Joint Secretary, Ministry of I& B, Government of India, associated with Film Policy initiatives, along with Mr. Prakash Magdum, Managing Director NFDC and Mr. Benoît Ginisty, Managing Director/Director General of the International Federation of Film Producers’ Associations (FIAPF).

Representing IMPPA at Cannes 2026 are President (President FFI & Vice President FIAPF) Mr. Abhay Sinha, Sr. Vice President, Ms. Sushama Shiromanee, Vice President Shri Atul Patel, Executive Committee Member (FMC General Secretary & Vice President FFI) Shri Nishant Ujjwal and Executive Committee Member Shri Yusuf Shaikh.

This marks the third consecutive year of IMPPA’s participation at the Cannes Film Festival, reaffirming the association’s commitment to providing its members with a prestigious International platform to showcase films, television content and creative projects while at the same time promoting Indian storytelling globally.

“Dreams, Hard Work And Talent Are Creating A Special Identity For Anshuk Wankhade”

In today’s world, where most children spend their time with gadgets and video games, Anshuk Wankhade chose to follow his passion for acting at a very young age. Starting his journey in the film industry at just 6 years old, Anshuk is steadily gaining attention with his dedication, confidence, and remarkable talent.

Born in Ranchi and currently living with his family in Mumbai, Anshuk comes from a supportive and disciplined family background. His father, Nitin Dinesh Wankade, serves as an Army Officer, while his mother, Punam Nitin Wankade, is a homemaker. भोजपुरी सिनेमा जगत में इन दिनों एक से बढ़कर एक भव्य और बड़े बजट की फिल्मों का निर्माण हो रहा है, जो न सिर्फ देश में बल्कि विदेशों में भी शूट की जा रही हैं। इसी कड़ी में भोजपुरी फिल्म इंडस्ट्री के युवा दिल अजीज सुपरस्टार और गायकी व अदाकारी के बेताज बादशाह अरविंद अकेला कल्लू और इंडस्ट्री की बेहद खूबसूरत व चुलबुली एक्ट्रेस प्रियंका रेवड़ी की भोजपुरी फिल्म ‘लंदन जाकर फंस गए यार’ का एक बेहद ही खूबसूरत और रोमांटिक गाना ‘तुम हो वही’ धमाल मचाने आ गया है। इस गाने को भोजपुरी प्रतिष्ठित म्यूजिक कंपनी वर्ल्डवाइड रिकॉर्ड्स भोजपुरी के ऑफिशियल यूट्यूब चैनल पर रिलीज किया गया है। इस गीत को सिंगर खुशबू जैन और सिंगर और संगीतकार छोटे बाबा ने मधुर स्वर में गाया है। उनकी जुगलबंदी कानों में मिसिरी घोल रही है। सबसे खास बात ये है कि इस गाना में छोटे बाबा की सुरीली आवाज अरविंद अकेला कल्लू पर एकदम फिट बैठ रही है। प्रथमदृष्टया यह पता ही नहीं चलता कि इस सांग में अरविंद अकेला कल्लू की नहीं बल्कि छोटे बाबा की है। दर्शकों और भोजपुरी फिल्म प्रेमियों द्वारा इस गाने को बेहद शानदार रिस्पांस मिल रहा है और उम्मीद जताई जा रही है कि यह गाना भोजपुरी म्यूजिक इंडस्ट्री एक नया कीर्तिमान स्थापित करेगा।
