With an extremely powerful impression of an individualistic mind and style which are embodied deeply in these greatly talented and eclectic artists- Subramanian Gopalsamy and Gnanadickam Ponnusamy will  use the power of the visual image to ignite imaginations, evoke emotions and capture universal cultural truths and aspirations.

The alluring simple yet soulful divine collection  ‘DIVINE INTERVENTION’   by effervescent creators’ will take you on a spectacular visual journey that cherishes devotion to the sublime.

 

Subramanian art is characterised by bursts of joyous colour and richly detailed yet essentially simple figures inspired by children’s perception and Impressionist masters. P. Gnana’s signature style favours elongated forms.

About Subramanian Gopalsamy – It is believed that with loss that a new life begins. As young artists in the city G. Subramanian was carving a niche for himself as a decorative painter, when his only daughter was diagnosed with cancer. Her passing away shattered all possibilities and his life came to a standstill. He went on a spiritual journey in search of answers, yet his life seemed blurry. His reverie was broken when he won a gold medal in art competition , which  led him to take art classes for children. He visited the Sistine chapel in Italy , and while facing the Michelangelo’s  masterpiece , he found his path and a whole new meaning to his life.

Subramanian Gopalsamy said ‘I started working on images of god, goddesses, parrots, flowers like the lotus  and the smiling face of my daughter always find a place in my art. These subjects come naturally to me. The mythological images like Buddha, Ganesha, Krishna and Saraswati come from my childhood memories growing up in coastal village listening to mythological stories narrated by the elders. My daughter loved birds and the parrot was her favourite, so all my paintings will depict one.  The inspiration and spark behind my art is the smile of my daughter. For me texture is very important and it helps me connect with the viewers. I want looking at my art to not only understand the emotion behind it but to also feel it”

Born in 1952 in Tamil Nadu G. Subramanian’s work is inspired by innocence and divine beauty in a child’s face and the power of Indian mythology. He graduated in fine arts from the government college of arts and craft in Chennai. His works are a part of lalit kala academy in New Delhi. South side gallery, Edinburg, UK and The World Bank in Chennai. His multi layered collages reinterpret the printed images and texts from popular magazines and abstract background highlighting the complex imagery.  He makes use of his experience as graphic designer in the play with images

About Gnanadickam Ponnusamy- P. Gnana paints, sculpts and creates conceptual installations, as one of Singapore’s leading artists. Indeed, he has obtained a highly-captivated audience in the Lion City and internationally, for the aesthetic and conceptual niche that he has created for himself within the ever-competitive dynamics and economics of urban art-making. This, he continues to achieve, by constantly counter-challenging or taming the forces that urge him to dispel his obsessive fascination towards the cow, a recurring symbol in his art since the last 9 years of his 25-year career as an artist.

It is a fact that exemplary paintings by Gnana are also in the collections of the former President of the Republic of Singapore, of the Singapore Art Museum of the National Heritage Board and of the current Ambassador of India to the United Arab Emirates.

Gnana is a recipient of the LASALLE Scholarship of the LASALLE College of the Arts(Singapore), from where he received his formal training in the art of painting. He was granted the honour of being selected (in 2005) to undertake a project commissioned by Singapore’s Ascendas to create fourteen large-scaled paintings within an abstract expressionistic motivation for the International Tech park in Chennai (India). In 2013, one of Gnana’s monumental larger-than-life sculptures under the Incarnation series(made from recycled/ found materials) was acquired by the National Parks board(Singapore) to display at the Fort Canning Park Singapore.

Gnana is also an active member of the Sculpture Society (Singapore) and the Singapore Art Society. In addition, his painting have been successfully auctioned by the Masterpiece auction House. Gnana made his debut in New York in 2011 and he continues to present his work via prestigious exhibitions in Singapore like Art Stage and Dubai at the world Art Dubai, and Malaysia at the Art Expo Malaysia including selected.

Trailer Launch Of Sabeer Samar Shah’s Horror Comedy Film Sabne Bana Di Jodi

Asrani will be seen in the role of a ghost

In Bollywood, the trend of keeping movie titles very different is also going on. A film directed by Shahid Kazmi is going to release soon titled “Sabne Bana Di Jodi”. The grand trailer of the film was launched today at Sahara Star Hotel Mumbai where the film’s producer director as well as all the actors were present.

Presented by RJ Films Productions, the film is directed by Shahid Kazmi, produced by  Sabeer Samar Shah and co-produced by Hem Lata Pant and Vikas Arun Pant.

The film’s cast includes Arjun Manhas, Neha Lahotra, Tariq Imtiaz and Nida Khan, including Asrani Ji, Shagufta Ali, Mir Sarwar and Hussain Khan.

Film’s Producer Sabeer Samar Shah is also one of the actor in the movie. He is very excited to work with actors like Asrani Ji, Shagufta Ali and Mir Sarwar.

    

The film’s singers are Raja Hasan, Kumar Sharma and Pooja Giri while

Tuhin Biswas, Uday Bhat, Danish Ali and

Kiran Verma has given the music of the film.

Let me tell you that the co producer of this film, Vikas Arun Pant, is also the creative director of this movie and he has been the creative director of many TV shows for the last several years.

The film is going to release on 31st January.

The story of this horror comedy film is that when all the people go to their grand parents house for an arranged marriage, it is revealed that the house has been haunted. The twist in the story comes when it is revealed that every person has a ghost of the same face. This will probably be the first time that all the actors in a film are doing a double role. Asrani ji is probably doing a horror comedy for the first time, he is playing the role of a Sardar of ghosts.

Mir Sarwar, who played an important role in films like Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Kesari, has played the role of a Sardar in this movie.

राष्ट्रीय युवा मंच एक अरसे से सामाजिक व राजनैतिक गलियारों में कई मुद्द्दों को लेकर शोर मचता रहा है. लेकिन कई ऐसी संस्थाएं व सामाजिक संगठन प्रभावशाली युवाओं के संचालन से विहीन है. वक़्त आ गया है जब देश व समाज का नेतृत्व युवा पीढ़ी के हाथों में हो. आज युवा टेक्नोलॉजी व स्तर से के माध्यम से आगे बढ़ते जा रहे है, इसलिए अधिकतर संगठन व संस्थाएं युवा संचालकों को अपना प्रतिनिधित्व देना चाहतीं हैं. हाल ही में राष्ट्रीय युवा मंच के शीर्ष प्रमुख श्री प्रथमेश शिंदे ने जानेमाने वक्ता व समाजसेवक दीपक सारस्वत को राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्षता देने का प्रस्ताव दिया. परन्तु सारस्वत बोले ये समय उनका किसी संगठन की बागडोर सँभालने का नहीं बल्कि समाज की आवाज़ उठाने का और सेवा करने का समय है. आज समाज कई समस्याओं से जूंझ रहा है व उनकी आवाज़ उठाने वाले बहुत कम क्रांतिकारी युवा है. समाज को समान व उच्च स्तर पर लाने के लिए सारस्वत ने समय समय पर कई आंदोलन व सभाओं में हिस्सा लिया व संवैधानिक लड़ाई भी लड़ी है. राम मंदिर मिशन, धारा 370, आर्टिकल 15 और आर्टिकल 334 संशोधन के लिए सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से लोगों तक अपनी बात पहुंचते भी रहे है. सारस्वत ने  कई सभाएं सम्बोधित भी की हैं और कई आंदोलनों में भी शामिल होते रहे हैं.

सारस्वत का कहना है- जब लाखों लोग उनसे सेवा और संघर्ष चाहते है तो किसी संगठन की बागडोर सँभालने का कार्य चुनौती पूर्ण होगा. इसलिए बिना पद के सेवा करने का संकल्प दीपक सारस्वत अपना समय समाज और उनके मुद्दों पर देना चाहते है.
