Dreamz Premier League (DPL) will donate a sum of rupees 10 Lakhs to “Helping Hand” an NGO by DPL.

3rd March, 2019 in Mumbai- No other cricket event has created such excitement and interest as the Dreamz Premier League, with the best of cricketers & teams in the fray. Tough and thrilling, it is a veritable battle of wits where whoever blinks first ends up paying the price.

Dreamz Premier League (DPL) , an under-arm cricket tournament is an opportunity of a lifetime for those who have an inclination towards underarm cricket to demonstrate their skills & gain recognition across India. It is a chance for the upcoming cricketers to face an international standard opposition. An opportunity for those who have an inclination towards underarm cricket to demonstrate their skills and gain reorganization.

Broadcasted live on DSports for the very first time across the country, in the first edition of DPL, 20 teams will participate with each team consisting of 19 players. A total of 380 players will be participating with the tournament lasting for 18 days, every weekend

WEE Awards 2019 Jury Meet And Event Launch

“WEE – Women Entrepreneurs Enclave” is holding its annual event “WEE Awards 2019” on 10th March 2019 at Taste of Punjab. On 2nd February 2019, Founder of WEE, Mrs. Chaitali Chatterjee launched this event by holding “Jury meet” to finalize on the awards to be given to women entrepreneurs from different fields. The honorable Jury today were Mrs. Nandita Om Puri, Mrs. Neelam Kumar, Ms. Bharati Chhabria, Mrs. Naavnidhi K Wadhwa, Ms. Sajni Srivastava, Mrs. Shobhaa Arya and Ms. Nidhika Bahl.

Priyaank Sharma and Riva Kishan kickstart shooting of their debut film, Sab Kushal Mangal

Padmini Kolhapure’s son Priyaank Sharma  and Ravi Kishan’s daughter Riva Kishan are all set to make their Bollywood debut with One Up Entertaiment’s Sab Kushal Mangal. The film produced by Prachi Manmohan (Nitin Manmohan’s daughter) also stars Akshaye Khanna in a pivotal role and will be a quirky romantic comedy directed by debutant director Karan Vishwanath Kashyap.

The Mahurat shot of the film was taken in Ranchi on Saturday and was attended by actors Priyaank, Riva, Producer Prachi Manmohan, Producer Nitin Manmohan, actors Ravi Kishan with his wife and Padmini Kolhapure with her husband producer Pradeep Sharma.

Speaking on her son’s debut, Padmini Kolhapure said, “Everything is Kushal Mangal today. The young enthusiastic team is incredible. Priyaank, Riva, Producer Prachi and director Karan they all are beginning a new chapter in their lives so the excitement is palpable. My heartiest congratulations to the entire team.”

Ravi Kishan added, “I am very happy and a proud father today. It’s a fantastic team and I am happy that Riva got Sab Kushal Mangal as her debut film.”

“At this moment it is nice to get support from parents especially when they are veterans from the industry. My father Producer Nitin Manmohan, Riva and Priyaank’s parents, everyone was there to bless us. We hope we will make all of them proud and achieve what we all have set to achieve with Sab Kushal Mangal.” Said Producer Prachi Manmohan.

The team will be shooting in Ranchi for a start to finish schedule of around 50 days.

Director Akash Singh To Direct Bollywood Film The Destiny Kalcharkra

बॉलीवुड फ़िल्म ‘द डेस्टिनी कालचक्र’ बनाएंगे निर्देशक आकाश  सिंह

मुम्बई,  सिलौंग,कोलकाता और बिहार में की बृहद स्तर पर की जाएगी शूटिंग

बॉलीवुड के चर्चित निर्देशक आकाश सिंह अब मोटिवेशनल स्टोरी पर पर एक बायोपिक सिनेमा जा रहे हैं। कोलकाता के प्रसिद्ध बिजनेस मैन के जीवन पर आधारित इस फिल्म की शूटिंग बिहार, मुम्बई और शिलांग में शुरू हो गई है। फ़िल्म की कहानी निर्माता प्रोसेंजीत महापात्रा की ज़िंदगी पर आधारित  है, जो काफ़ी  मुश्किलों का सामना करने के बाद एक सफल बिज़नस मैन बने।

इस फ़िल्म की शुरुआत कहाँ से हुई ये पूछने पर आकाश बताते हैं कि इसके पीछे की कहानी बड़ी रोचक है दरअसल हमलोग किसी और फ़िल्म की मीटिंग के लिए मिलें और रात में सोते वक़्त डिस्कसन भी किया और सो गए । सुबह उठने पर फ़ाइनल मीटिंग के वक़्त निर्माता प्रोसेंजित महापत्रा, जो हमारे अज़ीज़ मित्र भी हैं ने अपनी स्टोरी सुनाई। स्‍टोरी सुनते ही मेरे आँख में पानी आ गया और मुझे लगा ये कहानी आज के यूथ की कहानी है। और इसे पर्दे पर जरूर से जरूर लाना चाहिए। यह स्‍टोरी मेरे लिए जुनून भी है, जिसकी मैं अभी शूटिंग कर रहा हूं।

 

ज़िंदगी में हर इंसान कभी न कभी मुश्किल दौर से गुज़रता हैं, लेकिन यह ज़िंदगी उसको सलाम करती है जो मुश्किलों और मुसीबत भरे हालात से लड़ता है और जीतता है।  इस फिल्म की कहानी भी एक ऐसे ही व्यक्ति की ज़िंदगी मे आए उतार चढ़ाव पर आधारित है, जिसने बड़ी मुश्किलें को पार कर सफलता अर्जित की है। इसी स्टोरी को रियल टच देने के लिए हम शिलौंग, मुम्बई, कोलकाता, बिहार में फ़िल्म की शूटिंग कर रहे हैं। यहाँ के लोकेशंस अद्भुत हैं

“द डेस्टिनी कालचक्र” का निर्माण वी सी एम एंटरटेनमेंट के बैनर तले किया जा रहा है और निर्माता हैं प्रोसेंजित महापत्रा और राजेश गोयनका । फ़िल्म में साहिल कोहली, सृजीता घोष,अजीत पंडित,श्रुतिका गावकर,अक्षय सिह, किरण कुमार, प्रमोद माउथो,शहबाज़ खान,अरुण बक्शी, सतीश सोनकर, मुशताक ख़ान,लूसी, रमाकांत सिंह महत्वपूर्ण किरदार में नज़र आएंगे।

Tvashtar 2019 – Sophia Shree B.K. Somani Polytechnic Annual Meet

Dr Anila Verghese ,Director , Sophia Polytechnic  along with Chief Guest  Dr Abhay Wagh- Director Directorate of Technical Education. Guest of honour -Ameesha Prabhu, CEO of TRRAIN- Trust for Retailers and Retail Associates of India and Prof. Prof. Anna Dallapiccola were seen encouraging young aspiring designers. Along with other guests- Ace designer Nivedita Saboo , Designer Mariam Khan, Television Stars Sahil Khattar. Jury- Meher Castelino , Nataline Frost and the very famous stylist Shayal Seth.

      

The graduate students of “Sophia Shree B.K. Somani Polytechnic”  celebrated the culmination of their journey and announce the beginning of their professional life at a mega event “Tvashtar 2019”

It rained fashion and creativity by all the talented young designers from “Tvashtar 2019” who  were guided and judged by the eminent jury which includes stellar names from the fashion fraternity- Meher Castelino , Natalie and the very famous stylist Shayal

Taking fashion a notch higher and redefining the latest trends, the students offered the fashion world with sartorial designs for the elite under the guidance of a panel of expertise. It  witnessed the glitterati of new age fashion and the student’s take on the latest trends of, cuts,  colours, styles & inspiration.

Tvashtar is the annual celebration of creativity of the students and applauds their entry into the professional world as young fashion designers, stylists, fashion merchandisers, illustrators, in fact, in all areas of the apparel industry.  Tvashtar enjoys the title of best annual meets among other fashion colleges in Mumbai. Not only famous models walk the ramp but Bollywood and Fashion celebrities have graced the event in the past.

Dr. Mrs. Jignasa Shah says “The entire objective of this show was to give our students, who are budding fashion designers, a platform to showcase their talents and get a taste of their chosen industry. Thereby augment their growth and make them winners in life. Year after year Sophia polytechnic organizes the fashion show for students graduating as they will get hands on practical experience on designing garments for show, this experience of designing will directly enhance their future career prospects”
