कविता अगर शायर के दिल से निकले और पढ़नेवालों के दिल को छू जाय तो वो चरितार्थ हो जाती है। ये बात श्री विनोद कुमार त्रिपाठी जी की शायरी पर पूरी तरह लागू होती है जिनकी किताब “ मेरी ज़मीन मेरा आसमां” हिंदुस्तान के उर्दू के जाने माने प्रकाशक अंजुमन तरक़्क़ी उर्दू (हिंद) ने अभी हाल ही में प्रकाशित की है और जो उर्दू हलक़े में अपने नएपन और ईमानदार अभिव्यक्ति के लिए चर्चा का विषय बनी हुई है।

विनोद कुमार त्रिपाठी जी भारतीय राजस्व सेवा के अधिकारी है जो कमिशनर इनकम टैक्स के पद पर तैनात थे और आज कल रिलायंस ग्रूप में प्रेज़िडेंट के पद पर कार्यरत हैं. इसके पूर्व वो कुछ समय के लिए नैशनल टेक्सटाइल्स कॉर्पोरेशन के मैनेजिंग डिरेक्टर भी थे।

त्रिपाठी जी इलाहाबाद के रहने वाले हैं और इस किताब के प्रकाशन से पूर्व उन्होंने उर्दू भी सीखी और यही वजह है की उनकी शायरी उर्दू में पहले प्रकाशित हुई। इसका हिन्दी संस्करण राधा कृष्ण प्रकाशन द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जा रहा है और जल्दी ही पाठकों के सामने आ जाएगा। इनकी किताब के चंद शेर आपके सामने प्रस्तुत हैं –

“अब यहाँ कोई ख़रीदार नहीं ख़्वाबों का

मैंने बाज़ार में कल रात हक़ीक़त बेची “

या फिर

“बात जो मुझमें शोर करती है

मुझसे कहने से रह गयी होगी “

या फिर

“नींद टूटी तो “बशर” जाके ये एहसास हुआ

जिसको हाथों से सँवारा था वो सपना निकला “

विनोद कुमार त्रिपाठी जी ‘बशर’ तख़ल्लुस से शायरी करते हैं। उनका एक मजमुआ “मेरी ज़मीन के लोग” २००२ में प्रकाशित हो चुका है।त्रिपाठी जी यूइंग क्रिश्चियन कॉलेज इलाहाबाद में राजनीति शास्त्र के लेक्चरर भी रहे है और समाज सेवा के साथ साथ खेलकूद में भी काफ़ी रुचि रखते हैं। शायद यही वजह है कि वो भावनात्मक स्तर पर इंसान से भरपूर परिचित है और ये बात उनकी शायरी में बख़ूबी दिखती है जब वो लिखते हैं कि

“हरेक फ़र्ज़ का रिश्ता तो बस ज़मीर से है

किसी पे हम कोई एहसां कभी नहीं करते”

या फिर

“ हमारे हिस्से में सागर था, हाथ क्या आता

ज़मीं को बांटा यूँ किसने, निज़ाम किसका था”
