अंतर्व्यथा मूवी नेशनल ओर इंटरनेशनल फ़िल्म फ़ेस्टिवल में नाम कमाने के बाद अब भारत के 3 जनवरी को रिलीज हो रही है।पहले सप्ताह में रिलीज़ होने जा रही है । फ़िल्म के निर्माता दीपक वशिष्ठ , भरत कवाड़ , दिनेश अहीर ओर सह निर्माता अक्षय यादव है और फ़िल्म का निर्देशन केशव आर्य ने किया है औऱ तोची रैना ने म्यूजिक के साथ साथ दो गानों में अपनी आवाज़ भी दी है। अंतर्व्यथा की पूरी टीम   प्रोमोशन के लिए पूरे भारत का भर्मण कर रही है और इसी के चलते अंतर्व्यथा के निर्देशक , निर्माता और कलाकार 9 जनवरी को पटना ( बिहार ) पोहचे । रिपब्लिक होटल में संवादाताओं से  अभिनेता और निर्देशक केशव आर्य ने मूवी को लेकर काफी बातें की । उनका कहना है  की समाज मे  फैली हुई बुराइयों को दूर करने के लिए समय समय पर बोहोत सी फिल्मे बनी है उन्ही में से एक ये फ़िल्म है अंतर्व्यथा ।

उनका कहना है की जब भी इंसान कोई अपराध या गलत काम करता है तो वो उसे समाज से और क़ानून से तो छुपा लेता है पर खुद से नही छुपा सकता और उसके अंदर एक द्वंद पैदा हो जाता है जो उसे अंदर ही अंदर खाय जाता है और इसी कशमकश को उन्होंने सस्पेन्स थ्रिल औऱ मनोरंजन के माध्यम से  अंतर्व्यथा में दिखाने की कोशिश की है । इसी मौके पर उपस्थित अभिनेता कुलदीप सरीन ने इस मूवी में अपने कैरेक्टर को लेकर अपना अनुभव साझा किया । उनका कहना है कि में अब तक 40 से 50 फिल्मो में काम कर चुका हूँ पर ये कैरेक्टर मेरे लिए एक चेलेंज था । में अपनी कसौटी पर कितना खरा उतरा हूँ अब ये देश की जनता मूवी देख कर ही तय करेगी । मौके पर उपस्थित निर्माता दिनेश अहीर ओर सह निर्माता अक्षय यादव ने बताया कि ये फ़िल्म सस्पेंस , थ्रिल औऱ मनोरंजन के साथ साथ एक खूबसूरत मैसेज भी देती है जो सबके दिल को छू जाएगा ।

3rd Hindi Cinema Samman Samaroh at Noida Film City

Noida: A powerful and the first ever designed National Award for Hindi Cinema saw its third edition at Noida Film City organized by International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry in association with AAFT University.

Never seen such a terrific energy in the auditorium with over charged with audience, when not even single chair was empty rather the audience was sitting on the carpet to watch this star studded show at Noida Film City under the president ship of Sandeep Marwah founder of Noida Film City and Marwah Studios.

The Governor of Kerala Arif Mohammad Khan was the chief guest who presented prestigious  National awards to the people who all have contributed immense to the Hindi Cinema. The program started with National Anthem followed by release of Biography of Sandeep Marwah by all the distinguished guests. To start with Chief Scout For India Sandeep Marwah presented Hindi Cinema Samarthak Samman to Arif Mohammad Khan.

Sandeep Marwah narrated the journey of Noida Film City, Marwah Studios and AAFT in short and invited guests to receive their National awards.

The first and the highest award of Hindi Cinema Ratna went to Priyadarshan renowned Director from South and his all super hits are in Hindi. The Hindi Cinema Bhushan Award was handed over to renowned film director, costume designer & writer Muzaffar Ali. Hindi Cinema Sangrakshak Award to director Rahul Rawail, IMPPA President T.P. Agarwal , Director General ICCR Akhilesh Mishra IFS and to President FWICE B.N.Tewari.

All time hit and renowned actor Prem Chopra, film financier Shyam Shroff, popular actor Vikram Ghokhale and actor and dancer Nilima Azim were presented with Hindi Cinema Bhushan Samman.

Justin Whittaker says “We identified that whilst our food-to-go offer was great for breakfast and dinner – from 4pm we were quiet. Yet takeaways are thriving in the evening. We were missing a trick. We also identified that we were missing ‘millennials’ from our customer base. So we introduced the desserts bar to complement the rest of our food-to-go offering by giving an offer for the evening trade and something that would appeal to the younger generation – waffles, crepes and premium ice cream! The desserts bar alone takes £4,000 a week with a profit margin of +50{61307dbfb632870ba326f6322853bd3ffea5b163e9c789324eea2723926c15c1}. We’ve introduced exclusive offers, such as Waffle Wednesday (buy one get one free) or Monday 2 pizzas and Pepsi for £10. And we’ve developed an ordering app to maximise the appeal of the dessert bar, appeal to our younger more ‘tech-savvy’ younger generation and to future proof our business. Customers can click onto a Facebook post to ‘shop now’. We’re doing £1,500 business with the app and more importantly, it’s all on high profit lines. Add to that our food-to-go zone with coffee machine, doughnut rack, hot cabinet, noodle snacks, grab and go chiller, which includes sandwiches and meal deals. There’s something for everyone throughout the day. Evenings are now our busiest time of day for food to go! We already had a good broad food-to-go offering to cover most requirements for grab-and-go. Our food-to-go zone includes a coffee machine, doughnut rack, hot cabinet, noodle snacks, F’real milkshakes and a chiller (with sandwiches, crisps and soft drinks). Now that we’ve introduced the desserts bar we’ve got an offer that is really popular with the younger generation and also for evening trade. That’s what was missing before. He says about the best-performing component of food-to-go. “This year, we’ve built a dessert bar! This has definitely proved to be the best performing component of our food to go offer. It cost £80k to install and payback has been just 6 months. We reduced SKUs across the store to create space to build our ‘Just Desserts Co’ bar. It’s a vibrant pink – really distinct and completely different from the rest of the store. The unit also houses a Chicago Town pizza station, milkshakes and a Tango ice blast with carbonated slush. Also taking a great local shop with traditional values and putting it into the modern world with a great app connected to FB”.

He says three ways in which he have responded and retained footfall after a new discounter/supermarket opened in his catchment area. “1 We added a ‘Dessert Co’ dessert bar in vibrant pink – really distinct and completely different from the rest of the store. We sell a range of cream cakes, premium ice cream, crepes and waffles with a variety of toppings, creating a ‘store within a store’ effect to attract younger customers with different deals every day eg Waffle Wednesday to add interest 2 We developed an ordering app to maximise the appeal of the dessert bar. Customers click on a Facebook post to ‘shop now’ and place their order – for pick up or for delivery. We’re doing £1,500 business with the app. 3 We ensure that we’re active on social media. It’s the key tool that we use for promoting all our activities and for connecting with our customers and the community. For example, when we put Gordon’s pink gin on promotion at £12/bottle with a free glass and promoted it on Facebook the post reached 59,000 people and we sold £2,500 in one day. When all the banks in the area closed, we put in an ATM and posted ‘free cash, like and share’. It reached 129,000 people”.
