Mamta Namdev Tambe A Visually Handicap Inspirational Personality From A Banker To Receiving Honourary Doctorate From USA.

Mamta Tambe( Mamta Baldev Chandiramani)is well recognised by her activities in the Society received more than 50 awards from government and  many ngo towards her achievements is a great example to many ” Where there is a will there is a way” Recently she was honoured  by Honourary Doctorate from The American University as Social activist .She is also awarded  as Blissful Queen from London, Saraswati Bai Dadasaheb Phalke Phalke as International iconic Women and Women A however in her training the other visually impaired personalities of the society

She was born premature with no vision on July 27,This barrier did not stop her growth and development in any way as she is a person of strong will power, determination and positive attitude.

She lost her father when she was 13 years old. Right from childhood she was very independent. She completed  Diploma in basic computers using screen reader software (Jaws).Her passion to explore dreams did not stop here , completed 2 degrees of Indian Classical music (Vocal as well as singing), Medical Transcription, Typing, swimming, singing, Reiki, Casio, flute and making friends. She followed the example of Helen Keller who overcame all the barriers in life in spite of her  strongly believes  that:

“DISABILITY CREATES BARRIERS, BUT DETERMINATION BREAKS THEM”

Mamta Loves reading and listening to books she reads a lot whenever she gets times specially e books, some audio books and stories.When She was in 9th, she also started to learn Mobility cooking currency identifying and other independent living skills etc, which in turn made her more independent.

Mamta was born in Philippines (Manila) She started her childhood in Thailand, did her Pre-pdisabilities.Sherimary and primary school From Bangkok Thailand, secondary school (SSC) from Bhavans A.H. vadia High school Andheri Mumbai Under the Integrated Education Program, Junior college from Ferguson College Pune along with staying in the hostel there where in the 12th standard Mamta with her confidence positivity and personality was crowned superintendent of Ferguson college ladies’ hostel for 1 fully Year from 2003 to 2004. Senior College Sathaye college Vile Parle (E) T.Y.B.A. Topper Majoring in Education of 2008 Batch. Further did her M.A. from Mumbai University. She has thorough knowledge of computers and software with JAWS in the whole of India to Complete her T.Y.B.A in Education, (six papers) From Sathaye College(Mumbai University). Topped Mumbai University with the highest percentage and marks in the general category.She Received Excellence (All Rounder) Award From (IAEWP) an Organization Affiliated to (UNO) .In July 2008 She also has been interviewed by Print Media (Newspaper) namely (Nav Bharat Times) (Mumbai Mirror) (Maharashtra Times) (Yuva Paper for Youth) in June 2008, Blind Welfare Magazine and also West side Plus, Supplement of Times of India in July 2008 She also was Featured by Electronic Media on 5 Channels on TV namely (D D News)(Live India) (C T. V.) (I T N) and (Me Marathi) in June and July 2008. She attended a One-day training  session organized by NAB India on Sensitivity towards the Visually Impaired in September 2008ttended a conference organized by Computer Society of India (CSI) for 2 Days in Ahmedabad in September 2008.She attended the second conference of Access India which was organized in Ahmedabad in September 2008.She attended a conference organized by Barrier Break Technologies known as (Techshare Conference) which focused on assistive devices and access technology products in November 2008.Felicitated by Lions Club for Excellence in Academics in September 2009.Felicitated by Maharashtra NAV NIRMAN SENA (MANSE) on the occasion of World’s White Cane Day on 15 October 2009.Felicitated by State Bank of India on the occasion of World’s disability day, on 5th December 2011 for good nature and excellent work.She received medal by DMD and CDO our former Chairperson Mrs. Arundhati Bhattacharya Madam on 14th March 2012 on eve of International Women’s Day.She also was felicitated by State bank of India Super Circle of Excellence (SCE 2) by Mr. Tom Jecup sir and State bank of India andheri (W) branch by P.C. Baror sir on 20th April 2012.

She attended a one-day training organized by the American Heart Association in collaboration with Voice Vision on First Aid on 15th April 2012. She completed and passed Bank Increment 2 examination JAIIB in 20/01/2012, and CAIIB in 25/01/2014.Was felicitated by SC ST Association corporate centre unit SBI on the occasion of 136 birth anniversary of Dr. Baba saheb Ambedkar by GM OLCS A.V. Bhrumma Rao sir on 25/04/2017.Currently this lock down and work from home situation, have earned various E certificates from Hadley school in  various courses.

Her visual impairment has given her a chance to explore the best of assistive technologies, to equip herself with the competitive skills to gain a responsible position in the corporate world. With the help of a screen reader called “Job Access with Speech” (JAWS), she is able to work with all Windows Operating systems, Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel,PowerPoint,Office 365, etc. or any job-related applications.This also includes accessing Internet, filling forms online, sending & receiving e-mails via Internet based services like Google Gmail or any e-mail client like Outlook Express.

 She also Designs websites accessible to Visually Impaired and partially sighted students.She uses Braille script for her reading and writing, and is able to read and write in all languages mentioned. She also teaches computers, Braille,Mobility, cooking and other skills to visually impaired and partially sighted students.

 Using TALKS, a software that converts the display text of a cellular handset into highly intelligible speech, empowered  to make optimum use of cellular technology like speech-enabled contact names, caller ID, text messages, help files and other screen content. Nowadays all mobile phones are having an in-built screen reader name talkback which is a boon / blessing for all Visually impaired fraternity, it helps reading everything which comes on the screen.

मराठी सिनेमा के उत्कृष्ट और दिग्गज सितारों को उनके अद्भुत योगदान और सिनेमाई दर्शकों के दिल में अपनी अमूल्य जगह बनाने के लिए महाराष्ट्र सरकार उन्हें सम्मानित कर रही हैं। जी हाँ, सिनेमाई शहर के बीचों-बीच, जहाँ कलात्मकता और संस्कृति जीवंतता के साथ धड़कती है, प्रतिष्ठित’ महाराष्ट्र राज्य फिल्म पुरस्कार’ 21 अगस्त की शाम को वर्ली के डोम एसवीपी स्टेडियम में भव्य मंच पर आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं। यह आयोजन महज जश्न मनाने से कहीं बढ़कर है, यह मराठी फिल्म उद्योग की जीवंतता का प्रतीक है, जहाँ सम्मान की चमक के बीच परंपरा और नवाचार का मिलन होगा।

पहली बार शानदार तरीके से, राज्य सरकार 58वें और 59वें महाराष्ट्र राज्य फिल्म पुरस्कार एक साथ प्रदान करेगी। यह शाम भारतीय सिनेमा के दो दिग्गजों की चमक से जगमगाएगी: दिग्गज अभिनेता शिवाजी साटम, जिन्हें सिल्वर स्क्रीन में उनके अमिट योगदान के लिए चित्रपति वी. शांताराम लाइफटाइम अचीवमेंट अवार्ड मिलेगा। उनके साथ, शानदार और स्थायी प्रतिभा का पर्याय बन चुकी आशा पारेख को स्वर्गीय राज कपूर लाइफटाइम अचीवमेंट अवार्ड से सम्मानित किया जाएगा। ये सम्मान, महत्वपूर्ण नकद पुरस्कार, प्रशस्ति पत्र और बेहतरीन ढंग से तैयार की गई ट्रॉफियों के साथ, केवल पुरस्कार नहीं हैं, बल्कि कलात्मक उत्कृष्टता की निरंतर खोज में जीए गए जीवन के प्रतीक हैं।

This year, the ceremony is set to be an extraordinary confluence of Maharashtra’s most celebrated cultural figures, at the hands of Hon. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, in the esteemed presence of Hon. Deputy Chief Ministers Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar, Hon. Assembly Speaker Rahul Narvekar, and an array of dignitaries including Hon. Cultural Affairs Minister Sudhir Mungantiwar, Hon. These accolades, accompanied by significant cash prizes, citations, and exquisitely crafted trophies, are not just awards, but emblems of a life lived in relentless pursuit of artistic excellence.
The evening will also pay homage to the architects of storytelling—writer-director-actor Digpal Lanjekar will be lauded with the Chitrapati V. Shantaram Special Contribution Award, while the Late Raj Kapoor Special Contribution Award will be presented to the multifaceted N. Chandra, whose vision has left an indelible mark on Indian cinema.

राज्य मराठी चित्रपट पुरस्कार सोहळा २१ ऑगस्ट रोजी वरळीच्या डोम एसव्हीपी स्टेडियममध्ये होणार नेत्रदीपक पुरस्कार सोहळा

मुंबई- मराठी चित्रपटसृष्टीसाठी अत्यंत महत्त्वाचा  आणि मानाचा समजला जाणारा राज्य शासनाचा मराठी चित्रपट पुरस्कार सोहळा यंदा वरळीच्या डोम एसव्हीपी स्टेडियममध्ये २१ ऑगस्ट रोजी आयोजित करण्यात आलेला आहे.

राज्याचे मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांच्या शुभहस्ते तसेच उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस, उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार, विधानसभा अध्यक्ष राहुल नार्वेकर, सांस्कृतिक कार्य मंत्री सुधीर मुनगंटीवार, शालेय शिक्षण मंत्री दीपक केसरकर, कौशल्य रोजगार मंत्री मंगलप्रभात लोढा, विधानपरिषदेच्या उपसभापती नीलम गोऱ्हे आणि सिद्धिविनायक ट्रस्टचे सदा सरवणकर यांच्या प्रमुख उपस्थितीत पुरस्कार प्रदान केले जाणार आहेत.
शासनामार्फत ५८ आणि ५९ वा राज्य मराठी चित्रपट पुरस्कार यंदा एकाच वेळी प्रदान केले जाणार आहेत. त्याचबरोबर २०२३ मधील चित्रपती व्ही. शांताराम जीवनगौरव पुरस्कार (१० लाख रुपये, मानपत्र आणि मानचिन्ह) जेष्ठ अभिनेते शिवाजी साटम यांना तर  स्व. राज कपूर जीवनगौरव पुरस्कार ( १० लाख रुपये, मानपत्र आणि मानचिन्ह) जेष्ठ अभिनेत्री आशा पारेख यांना या पुरस्कार सोहोळ्यात प्रदान करण्यात येणार आहे.  
यासोबतच, २०२३ चा चित्रपती व्ही. शांताराम विशेष योगदान पुरस्कार (६ लाख रुपये, मानपत्र आणि मानचिन्ह)  लेखक-दिग्दर्शक, अभिनेते दिग्पाल लांजेकर यांना तर  स्व.राज कपूर विशेष योगदान पुरस्कार (६ लाख रुपये, मानपत्र आणि मानचिन्ह)  जेष्ठ लेखक- दिग्दर्शक-संकलक एन.चंद्रा यांना प्रदान करण्यात येणार आहे.
यासोबतच गानसम्राज्ञी लता मंगेशकर पुरस्कार २०२४ प्रख्यात गायिका अनुराधा पौडवाल यांना प्रदान करण्यात येणार असून प्रख्यात अभिनेत्री रोहिणी हट्टगंडी यांना चित्रपटांसाठी राज्य सांस्कृतिक पुरस्कार २०२४ आणि कंठसंगीतासाठी प्रख्यात गायक सुदेश भोसले यांना सन्मानित करण्यात येणार आहे.
या पुरस्कार प्रदान सोहोळ्याला राज्यसभा सदस्य मिलिंद देवरा, इम्रान प्रतापगढी, खासदार अरविंद सावंत, खासदार अनिल देसाई, विधान परिषद सदस्य सचिन अहिर, विधानपरिषद सदस्य भाई जगताप, विधान परिषद सदस्य सुनिल शिंदे, विधानपरिषद सदस्य श्रीकांत भारतीय, आमदार कालिदास कोळंबकर, अमिन पटेल, आमदार अजय चौधरी, आमदार आर. तमिल सेल्वन, आमदार आदित्य ठाकरे , आमदार यामिनी जाधव उपस्थित रहाणार आहेत.

समस्त महाजन ने इस साल फरवरी में पहली बार मुंबई में ‘एनिमल हॉस्पिटल ओन व्हील्स’ की अनोखी सुविधा से बीमार घायल मूक जीवो को चिकित्सा सेवा देने के मामले में अद्भुद उदाहरण पेश किया. अब ये सेवा और भी असरकारक रूप में ग्यारह नई एम्बुलेंस के साथ पुरे शहर में चोबीस घंटे मिलने वाली है. , माननीय गवर्नर श्री भगत सिंह कोशियारी जी के शुभ हाथो से ११ नई एम्बुलेंस  को ग्रीन झंडी दिखाई गयी , उनका लोकार्पर्ण महाराष्ट्र के माननीय गवर्नर श्री भगत सिंह कोश्यारी जी  के शुभ हाथो से उनके आधिकारिक निवासस्थान राजभवन पर आज सुबह दस बजे हुआ ।

राष्ट्रसंत पूज्य नम्रमुनि महाराज साहेब की कृपा- प्रेरणा से कार्यान्वित हो रही इस असाधारण सेवा के अवसर पर माननीय गवर्नर श्री भगत सिंह कोश्यारी के अलावा केन्द्रीय पशुपालन मंत्री पुरषोतम रुपाला, महाराष्ट्र के कौशल विकास और उद्यमिता मंत्री मंगल प्रभात लोढ़ा जी , माननीय मंत्री एनिमल हजबेंड्री राधाकृष्ण  विखे  पाटिल जी भी शामिल हुए ! माननीय गवर्नर श्री भगत सिंह कोश्यारी जी ने कहा ” युग प्रधान आचार्य सम पन्यास चन्द्रशेखर विजयजी प्रेरित समस्त महाजन और राष्ट्रसंत पूज्य श्री नम्रमुनि महाराज साहेब की अनुग्रह-करुणा से और आप सब के सहयोग से ये जो जीवो के उपकार का श्रेष्ठतम कार्य हुआ हैं क्योकि सेवा का एक महत्व ही अलग है , मैं कहना चाहूंगा की चाहे वह किसी भी धरम से हो,  जिव दया और सेवा का महत्व एक अलग ही होता है आजादी से पहले महात्मा गांधी ने आजादी के लिए आंदोलन किये और उनका मंत्र था की वैष्णव जन तो तेने कहिये जयारी पीर परायी जाने रे , इस मन्त्र को लेकर वह आगे बढे तो देश आज़ाद हुआ और ऐसा नहीं की हमसे जिव हत्या नहीं होती, हमें पता ही नहीं रहता हम बोलते है तब भी कई छोटे छोटे जिव मर जाते हैं इसलिए तो जैन मुनि  बहुत सालों पहले से मास्क लगाते आये, बाकी लोगों को तो अभी  कोरोना ने मास्क पहनना सिखाया।

 एक बार  ऋषि तपस्या कर रहे ठये एक एक लड़खड़ाता हुआ कबूतर उनकी गोद में आ बैठा पीछे शिकारी था बोलै ये मेरा भोजन है ऋषि बोलै में इसको नहीं मरने दूंगा , शिकारी बोलै ठिक है इसका जितना वजन है उतना तुम्हारे शरीर का मांस दे दो , महात्मा ने अपने शरीर के हिस्से को काट कर माप किया तो कबूतर का वजन बढ़ता ही गया महात्मा भी अपना मांस देने लगे इतने में शिकारी के रूप भगवन प्रकट हुए तो सेवा और जिव दया का महत्त्व है, ऐसे कई उदहारण है अपने देश में , तो में समस्त महाजन और टृष्टि परेश शाह और गिरीश भाई शाह  और  आप सबकी सेवा से प्रसन्न होकर आपको प्रणाम करता हूँ”

गिरीश भाई कहेते है, “कुदरत की व्यवस्था में मानव, मूक जिव और वनस्पति सभी का विशेष महत्व है. हमारी संस्कृति और शास्त्रों ने ये तथ्य विज्ञान से पहेले ही सिद्ध कीया है. समस्त महाजन के उपक्रम से हमें जब और जहाँ एक या दूसरे रूप से इनमे से किसी को भी सहायरूप होने का सौभाग्य प्राप्त हो उसे मैं परमात्मा की कृपा और मेरे मानवजीवन की सार्थकता मानता हूँ. ”

“ अब एम्बुलेंस की संख्या ग्यारह होने से मुंबई मेट्रोपोलिटन रीजन के किसी भी कोने में मूक जीवो के लिए उपचार तात्कालिक उपलब्ध हो सकेगा. इस उदेश्य को पूरा करने के लिए हम मुंबई को ग्यारह विभाग में बांटकर हर विभाग में एक एक अम्ब्युलन्स तैनात करेंगे. इस वजह पशुओ का तुरंत इलाज हो पायेगा.”
