पश्चिम रेलवे मुंबई डिविजन, इंजीनियरिंग विभाग में बढ़ता भ्रष्टाचार

रिपब्लिकन पार्टी कार्यकर्ता और ठेकेदार त्रिभुवन विश्वकर्मा ने पश्चिम रेलवे मुम्बई डिवीजन में अरुण कुमार मीणा ( मंडल अभियंता साउथ मुम्बई सेंट्रल ) के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज किया है।

उनके अनुसार 7,5,19 को टेंडर खोला गया जोन 4 साल 2019/20 का 12 जून, साल 2019 का रेट ज्यादा बताकर केंसल किया कर दिया गया, उन्होंने बताया कि पिछले साल 2018 में इसी अधिकारी ने टेंडर पास किया था, पिछले साल के मुकाबले इस साल शिकायतकर्ता ने रेट कम किया था, इसके बावजूद अधिकारी ने रेट ज्यादा बताते हुये टेंडर रद्द कर दिया। शिकायतकर्ता त्रिभुवन विश्वकर्मा को लगता है कि कहीं ना कहीं अधिकारी द्वारा पक्षपात हो रहा है, ऐसे में ठेकेदारों को काम करने में बड़ी कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, तंग आकर ठेकेदारों ने इसकी शिकायत रेलमंत्री पीयूष गोयल व पश्चिम रेलवे मुम्बई डिवीजन अधिकारी  को इसकी जानकारी लिखित में दी है, ठेकेदारों की माने तो उनको इसमें साजिश की बू नज़र आ रही है। अधिकारी के मनपसंद ठेकेदारों को ही ठेका दिया जा रहा है और हैरानी की बात तो यह है कि टुडे आउट पेमेंट सुविधा के अनुसार उन्हें पेमेंट सेम डे दिया जा रहा है, कही ना कही नियम और कानून को ताक पर रख कर काम हो रहा है।

इनकी मांग है कि इसकी जांच हो   अभियंता (प्रधान) ने हमारे साथ जानबूझ कर ऐसा क्यों किये और इन अधिकारियो के पहचान के जो ठेकेदार है तो उनके साथ बातचीत कर उनको टेंडर दे दिया जाता है और उन ठेकेदार को टूडे आउट पेमेंट की सुविधा भी दिया जाता है जबकि पुराने ठेकेदारों को काम पूरा होने के बावजूद पैसे के लिए अधिकारियों के धक्के खाने पड़ते है, समय पर पैसे नही मिलते जबकि रेलवे में सबके लिए सामान्य नियम कानून है। ऑनलाइन टेंडर भरने के बाद ऑनलाइन के माध्यम से EMD वापस क्यों नही किया जाता है,  ठेकेदार को क्यों परेशान किया जाता है। अभी जोन 4 का टेंडर केंसल हुआ है उसमे ठेकेदारों को काफी बड़ा नुकसान का सामना करना पड़ा है।

Blood Donation Camp Organized By A’Kreations Hair & Beyond On World Blood Donor Day

Bandra’s luxury salon A’Kreations Hair & Beyond organised a blood donation camp to mark the World Blood Donor Day and contribute to the noble cause. The camp was set with a tie up with the Red Boys Foundation and in coordination with the Samarpan Blood Bank at the Sarvodaya Hospital in order to support children suffering from Thalassemia. This illness is an inherited blood disorder that is characterized by less oxygen-carrying protein and fewer than usual red blood cells in the body. More than 30 people, including the staff, gathered at the salon premises to donate blood.

 

Initiatives like these are great ways to make a difference in society, thereby, getting people to be more connected and contributing to the community’s growth.

Every year on 14 June, countries around the world celebrate World Blood Donor Day. The event, established in 2004, serves to raise awareness of the need for safe blood and blood products, and to thank blood donors for their voluntary, life-saving gifts of blood.
