Glimpses from Kakatiya High School 20th Anniversary Celebration

The 20th Anniversary celebration of Kakatia High School was a fun activity and was witnessed by Asmita Chowdhary a leading name in Bhiwandi, the School is supported by the entire education society from different parts of the country, Alumni and committee members. And its interesting to see how this institute is blooming in exteriors away from the city.

It was the year 2000, Ramesh Pasikanti the founder along with  Co-Founder  Chandrakala Pasikanti as   started Kakatiya Education society in Bhiwandi. Initiating a noble cause such as education and serving it for 20 years the team has spread knowledge in the life of more than thousands of students.  Around 1000 students study at the school today and numerous have made their life and careers from Kakatiya high school.

  
While speaking today The founder of Kakatiya Education society Mr Ramesh Pasikanti thanked the Bhiwandi for supporting him and how their faith helped him to do better for society.

The event was a grand success, organized at Varaldevi Mangal Bhawan in presence of 2000 students and parents witnessing the grandeur of several programs choreographed by Bosco Dance company from Hyderabad.  The kids and their family had a gala time and teachers were emanating nothing but happiness.

For over a decade now Bollywood ace choreographer Sandip Soparrkar has been winning various awards for his contribution in the field of dance and social work. His initiative ‘Dance for a Cause’ has been using dance as a medium to raise awareness and for the betterment of the society and its varied issues. His dance for cause went on International Level But this year is very special for him, as he went one step ahead and adopted 2000 underprivileged girls with the support of LetsAllHelp and will support their requirement for sanitary pads for one year.  Sandip, has joined Letsallhelp.org as their Change Maker in their quest to achieve their goal – “No one sleeps hungry or be void of basic personal hygiene.”

Great Grand Opening of 8th Global Festival of Journalism Noida

Noida: The most exclusive festival, first of its kind in Asia and second in the World saw the grand opening of its 8^th edition at Noida Film City hosted by Marwah Studios.

The colorful flags of different nations were quite inviting and speaking about the international presence at the festival. In total 56 countries have been part of this festival where as delegates from all the 28 states and 9 union territories were present in the festival.

“ICMEI- International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry-and International Journalism Centre together with AAFT University have designed this festival to mark respect to the decision of having International Day of Journalism on 12^th February which was declared nine years back by our association,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Global Festival of Journalism.

Media creates perception, time has come when all mediums of media keep in mind the unity and integrity of the nation should not be at stake when they write or speak and show any coverage. A poster was launched to mark respect to 12^th February as International Day of Journalism. Earlier the dignitaries inaugurated an exhibition of photographs. Later Dr. Sandeep Marwah presented all the Luminaries with life membership of International Journalism Centre and memento of the festival as souvenir. Albeena Abbas Director Department of Journalism conducted the programme.

G-PEN accomplishes Worlds first symposium for Crown and Title Winners of Beauty Contests

Surat : Global Professionals & Entrepreneurs Network (G-PEN) recently conducted worlds first face-off and symposium for Pageant Crown and Title Winners. The event was named as Collision of Crowns and participants from all over India as well as Malaysia, Singapore and Australia were parts of this robust convene. This was something quite different than pageants that are conducted on routine basis  Collision of Crowns had all the participants who had experience of participating in pageants earlier and had been awarded either with a title or crown then. The concept was designed by Nihar Saraswala and Dr Vimal Rathi, the founders of G-PEN. They had put in three months of meticulous efforts to make this concept a reality and execute it seamlessly.

The participants had a chance of introducing themselves in the first round and they were asked to answer a question by the jury panel comprising of eminent fashion designers Manish Reshamwala and Niraj Vaidya. In the second round, these participants were awarded with a dazzling crown, sash, Flawless Beauty 2020 award and a suitable title according to their talent displayed in the question answer round. The crowns and trophies were procured from one of Surats most reputed jewellery showrooms D. Khushalbhai Jewellers based at Parle Point. Out of 28 different participants, Rukmani Chalsey won the title of Lumière Beauty, Shailja Nawani received the title Fitness & Legacy Beauty, Gaiyethri Rahman from Singapore received Lady of Brilliancy title, Shweta Varpe received Wellness Queen title, Harshal Bajaj received Fashion Icon title, Poonam Singh received the Timeless Beauty title, Savita Rana Bhaarati received the Noble Beauty title, Samiya Shamim Dhamaskar received the Talented Beauty title,Ritu Rathi from Surat recieved Beauty with Brains title, Sarika Merchant received the Glory Beauty title, Sejal Kerketta received the Confident Beauty title, Ruchi Malik received the Charming Beauty title, Quiency Kashyap received the Super Model title, Shaheen Rahim Khan received the Cordial Beauty title, Tashika Arora received the Dazzling Beauty title, Aarti Toppo received the Inspiring Beauty title and Loveena Joseph received the Lady of Empowerment title. All these beauty contest winners were groomed by well known actor and model Gokul Baraiya and  Pooja Shah from Surat who had won the Mrs. Earth Title in 2017. Diet counselling was given by Reema Arora from Goa, Zumba session was conducted by Manisha Manglani and makeup was taken care of by Sheetal Hair Institute from Surat and Shamim Dhamaskars team from Mumbai. The photography sessions were handled impeccably by Rahul Tailor, Vaibhav Tailor and team.

       

This entire event took place in a course of 2 nights and 3 days. Participants stayed at Green Paradise in villas near Maroli amidst a natural and serene atmosphere. The main event was held at premium family club Aarya at Tena village, in the outskirts of Surat. Rajiv Jain, the partner at Aarya Club and Resort expressed his felicity for being a part of this unique event that took place for the first time in the world. During the main event in Aarya Club, artists from internationally acclaimed Shilp Maitri Dance Academy and Taekwondo Champions from the Dynamic Warriors Martial Arts Academy displayed their performances which awed the spectators.
