NCLAT junks Aruna Oswal’s Appeal; Directs to follow NCLT order and submit written response to Pankaj Oswal’s Petition

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Delhi has upheld the order passed by NCLT-Chandigarh there by directing the parties including Mrs. Aruna Oswal, Chairperson, OAML to submit written response to a petition filed by Mr. Pankaj Oswal on the mismanagement happening with in the companies.

The NCLT – Chandigarh on last hearing on 21st May 2018, passed an order asking the all the respondentsMrs. Aruna Oswal, Chairperson, OAML, Mr. Anil Bhalla, MD OAML, other directors, Mr. Naveen Jindal, OAML’s Company Secretary and Auditors M/s T.R. Chadha & Co LLP to file their written responses to our petition. On 29th May, 2018, an appeal on behalf of Ms. Aruna Oswal was listed before the Appellate Tribunal at Delhi challenging this order of Chandigarh NCLT. However, This Appeal of Mrs. Aruna Oswal was out-rightly dismissed by the Appellate Tribunal, ordering the parties to comply with NCLT Chandigarh’s order. Therefore, now all the parties are bound to comply with NCLAT’s order of Appellate Tribunal and ought to file their written responses on next hearing at Chandigarh.

Abhey Oswal’s eldest son Mr. Pankaj Oswal had filed a legal proceeding under the Indian Companies Act at NCLT, Chandigarh on the 1st of February 2018 for mismanagement, misappropriation and Related Party Transactions clandestinely happening in his late father’s companies Oswal Agro Mills Limited (OAML) and Oswal GreenTech Limited. Mr. Pankaj Oswal is one of the legal heir who is deprive from his succession rights and seeking transfer of his companies’ shares. Late Sh. Abhey Oswal held 53530960 shares in OAML and therefore Mr. Pankaj Oswal is entitled to 13382740 shares by way of transmission as legal heir of Late Sh. Oswal.

US Based NRI Swatantra Goel (Savi) Announce His Tollywood Debut Movie – Desa Dhimmari

After tasting success in Bollywood, Producer Swatantra Goel (Savi) is ready to wield the megaphone for exciting project in Tollywood. The producer’s debut film, Ashley, gained so much acclaim in B-Town is now all set to hit the Tollywood with the movie “Desa Dhimmari” where Young hero Tanish will be seen with Shareen as leading lady in the film.  Nagesh Naradasi is directing the film, while Swatantra Goel (Savi USA) is producing it on Saveena Creation Banner.

“Desa Dhimmari is made as pucca commercial entertainer with all ingredients for all section of audiences. The film has done with production works and it will soon complete censor formalities. We are planning to release the movie in summer,” said producer Swatantra Goel (Savi).

Gurujee Kumaran Swami’s 5th Sanatan Dham Bhoomi Pujan Celebration In Cambodia

A history is created on 30th May 2018 with the foundation of “5th Sanatan Dham” on the land outside India for the first time in Siem Reap, Cambodia by the founder of “1008 Name of Shiva Association” Shri Gurujee Kumaran Swami (Jeevanacharya).

The foundation was marked with auspicious Bhoomi Pujan and three days celebrations of the  “5th Sanatan Dham” establishment allowed by food distribution to monks and other religious  and cultural programme in the presence of the Honourable Chief Guest Shri Indresh Kuma Ji (RSS).

The event was successfully held in the presence of Dr. Hiranandani and the other prestigious  dignitaries like  Ghana Queen Mother Western Region – H.H. Nana Efua Sasa II Ghana King-Chief Western Region – H.H. Nana William Nyamekye

He distributed the Bharat Gaurav International Peace and Tranquility Award to  various dignitaries from all over the globe in the presence of the galaxy of international  personalities. The delegates felt the result of the  Rudravishek when Indradeva was kind enough to shower rain waters on the Shiva lingas.
